Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. All in all he is probably the best workman that I have had in over 25 years in Swanage. If you want an expert service and 100% reliability, he is your man.

We had a blocked drain so called Rescue Rod and within half a hour someone was with us. Christian was professional, knowledgeable and despite what he was there to do, he obviously enjoyed his job. He was very thorough and made sure the drains were unblocked and cleaned before he left.

We had a new toilet/shower room built from scratch and Dan did a great job from start to finish. He gave recommendations on products and also provided various design suggestions whilst in the process of doing the work. We have used him for lots of jobs (big and small) and he always provides a great service. I would definitely recommend him.

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently.
