We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

I certainly recommend Thomas and Prebha of TaP plumbing and heating, I needed their help sorting out a boiler and a radiator. A professional team and work clean which is very important to me. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

I very highly recommend Tap plumbing! I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. Realistic pricing, no nasty surprises at all.

Our boiler stopped working and when I phoned Thomas at Tap he answered immediately and came out within a couple of hours. The spare part was ordered and our boiler was working again the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Darren and Billy did a fantastic job fitting our very heavy and oversized new radiator. They moved it into place and rejigged the pipework to make it fit and it looks amazing now. We had Darren come out to have a look at our system and he was amazing. Great customer service, he was thoughtful and polite with my elderly mum. He came across as highly competent and gave me confidence in his work and company. Called about a sewer back up on bank holiday Saturday night. The boys came out within the hour for a look (no charge) and assessed that it was a main pipe blockage. Called Wessex Water on our behalf and organised a priority visit due to vulnerable person living at the address. Great service. Highly recommended. They really care about the person involved.

Called on a Sunday and they came out within 30min and sorted two drains that were blocked out front and back of property. Really pleased with service and a good price too. Highly recommendable.

Our garden drains were really blocked, these guys came out and checked the pipework. They rang Wessex Water who came out the next morning and sorted the problem. First used Richardsons for oil boiler servicing on recommendation from Titan. Amazingly they managed to keep our old boiler running until they got the new one installed. From quoting, right through to commissioning, liaison with us and our builder was excellent. They were always flexible and turned up when they said they would. Ethan and Hayden planned the pipework runs very carefully and the result has impressed all the contractors as well as us. Highly recommended.

I have used Martin's firm for nearly 10 years in 2 houses. Always professional and trustworthy service. Today was no exception when after texting with a major problem before 8.00am Martin sent Haydn round within the hour. Within a further hour a new part was obtained and fitted to the boiler and I had hot water, heating and electricity downstairs all back on and working perfectly. No fault of Martin's at all that the boiler had failed, just an unreliable boiler fitted by the builder in my brand new house not yet 6 years old. I would recommend Martin's firm without hesitation. Bonus is that he is very reasonably priced too.

I would highly recommend Osprey Plumbing services. The business director and owner, Kieran, is reliable and very approachable. He fitted a new combi-boiler in my house recently and I am so pleased with his work. He is efficient and a very conscientious and neat worker, he cleaned up after himself so well you wouldn’t know we’d had any work done. On top of this, Kieran doesn't charge over-the- top, ridiculous prices. His pricing is reasonable and fair.

I would reccomend Kieran to anyone. He installed the shower cubicle that I have shown here. He was hard working, efficient and a pleasant, nice guy.well done.

Kieran was punctual, got back to us (unusual these days!) and quick to help, very reasonable, and efficient, and mended the fire. We will undoubtedly use him again.

Keiron came several times for minor repairs and replacing kitchen sink. He was highly professional and efficient, very pleasant and thoughtful and his work was superb. Also, his charges are most reasonable. I shall call on him regularly for boiler maintenance etc and recommend him very highly.

You will find two reviews here... Mike recently installed a new Vaillant boiler. Titan was outstandingly good from the initial quotation to the perfect installation. Mike was a model tradesman...professional and friendly at all times. He listened sympathetically to our own personal requirements for a new boiler. He suggested some excellent ideas to lower the boiler position to make access easier. He also repositioned our hot water tank slightly creating more room in the cupboard (and we discovered the house's missing stopcock that we had been unable to find since we moved here 17 years ago!) He was here for just two days and was not distracted at all from the job in hand. He cleared up at the end of each day and carried out the work sympathetically and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. He took time to install and explain the new digital thermostat control panel and the online app enabling us to easily operate our new Vaillant boiler. We have no hesitation in giving Titan Heating the very highest recommendation based on high quality, reliable service and competitive pricing. I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Full marks and definately one for my future tradesman list.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise.
