This was the second time I have used Nik and once again he arrived on time and completed the job without fuss, was very friendly and cleaned up very well. Kingston plumbing have recently fitted our new bathroom suite. Nik gave us a great quote and also helped arrange a tiler and managed the project between them which really helped. He gave advice on fittings and products we may need as we chose and purchased everything ourselves and helped problem solve any issues we had from the products we had purchased. It ran smoothly and we are very happy with the result and would highly recommend!

I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.

I had been struggling with the removal and installation of new bath taps for a couple of days, before giving up and deciding to call a professional. After a Google search, I called Ben Hunter at Plumbing For Good Ltd. Luckily Ben was able to visit the same day and after some similar struggles, he persevered and drawing on his experience, skills and using the professional tools, he was able to remove the old “limescale clogged” taps and install a new set of taps. This professional job was done with a minimum of disruption to the bathroom and in less than 2 hours. Ultimately, I was very glad I had called Ben at Plumbing For Good Ltd.

Ben solved a fiendishly difficult problem for us, finding a gas leak in a pipe in a wall cavity that had meant my vulnerable parents had no gas for over 4 weeks. The first gas plumber we tried was useless - charged us a lot and vanished when he couldn't solve it. Then Ben arrived and was clever and very focused on solving the problem. Access was really hard behind heavy wooden fittings. The leaking pipe then went down into old concrete that had to be carefully cut away. Ben's skill saved us money despite working on a relatively high hourly rate. He's worth it. We gave him a bonus too. We'll be switching to PFG for everything from now on.

I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

After the cold snap in December, we discovered a burst pipe in our garage feeding the water supply to our washing machine. It was the week running up to Christmas so desperate to get it fixed before all our guests started to arrive. AJ squeezed an emergency appointment in for my daughter who had been let down by two boiler engineers and was without heating for a week! They'd failed to find the leak which AJ managed to find and fix within 45 minutes. Will definitely recommend.

The plumber arrived on time. We had a part fail and we had sent a photo of that part, he arrived with a new one and installed it and checked everything was working before he left. We have used MJS before and are happy to use them in the future. Would recommend them.

Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. He’s a really friendly guy and explained what he was doing as he did it so we knew what was happening. Very grateful to him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again!!

I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. Kristian has done a couple of jobs for me over the past few months. He’s always been excellent at returning calls and very quick to come and assess the job. Kristian and Lewis are master craftsmen and total gents. After a rogue plumber left us without water after a minor leak, Kristian was there same day, after hours in fact, to get our water on again, and within a week all was fixed much better than it was before. I can pretty much highly recommend Kristian. Had an issue with eak within my heating system. He came to inspect the leak and managed to find the solution and fixed it... Also helped me out with fixing some other stuff... He is kind + does not charge an arm and leg for the service...
