Ben solved a fiendishly difficult problem for us, finding a gas leak in a pipe in a wall cavity that had meant my vulnerable parents had no gas for over 4 weeks. The first gas plumber we tried was useless - charged us a lot and vanished when he couldn't solve it. Then Ben arrived and was clever and very focused on solving the problem. Access was really hard behind heavy wooden fittings. The leaking pipe then went down into old concrete that had to be carefully cut away. Ben's skill saved us money despite working on a relatively high hourly rate. He's worth it. We gave him a bonus too. We'll be switching to PFG for everything from now on.

I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.

I recently had my boiler serviced by Triple A Gas Ltd, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. AJ arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable, explaining everything he was doing in a clear and easy-to-understand way. He took great care in checking every aspect of the boiler, ensuring it was running safely and efficiently. He also gave me some advice and helped out with a couple of old radiators in my house. Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. We definitely recommend this company.

After the cold snap in December, we discovered a burst pipe in our garage feeding the water supply to our washing machine. It was the week running up to Christmas so desperate to get it fixed before all our guests started to arrive. Phoned the office on Monday morning and within 24 hours one of their guys arrived to fix the pipe. He was on time, polite and professional, getting the job done very quickly. I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. Kingston plumbing have recently fitted our new bathroom suite. Nik gave us a great quote and also helped arrange a tiler and managed the project between them which really helped. He gave advice on fittings and products we may need as we chose and purchased everything ourselves and helped problem solve any issues we had from the products we had purchased. Kristian and Lewis are master craftsmen and total gents. After a rogue plumber left us without water after a minor leak, Kristian was there same day, after hours in fact, to get our water on again, and within a week all was fixed much better than it was before. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these absolute legends for any job big or small. I certainly won't be using anyone else in future.
