Guy from Swan Heating Services has provided my heating and plumbing services for about 6 years. He is totally honest and reliable and always does a good job at a very reasonable price. He is polite and friendly and always willing to go the extra yard to help if you have an emergency. If you are looking for a trader, you can trust, you have just found one.

I’m not one to write many reviews but sometimes someone’s work is worth the recognition. Guy has been excellent! I couldn’t recommend him any more so genuinely, look no further… He’s got superb knowledge, explains everything in a way you can understand and was super efficient. He’s done a brilliant job in taking out an old immersion tank, removing old pipe work in an old house, renewing the lot and has increased our water pressure in the process. No matter how big or small the job, do speak to Guy! Will 100% be using again

Guy was punctual, respectful and courteous. He changed my boiler , did a boiler service and a couple of other plumbing jobs , working in a clean tidy manner . Everything was explained to me as he went along . Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jamie has recently done a large bathroom renovation for us, and he has been excellent in all regards. His incredible work-rate and overall work ethic are to be applauded, and his conscientious approach was coupled with a cheerful and warm demeanour. He is a one man band, and does everything - the electrics, plumbing, tiling and installation. He also offers real value for money. He has been a pleasure to work with, and we will definitely use him again in the future.

I have used other plumbers in the past and so I was just expecting the usual standard of work. In fact the work required was to correct the work done by the previous person (plumber). As a female on my own sometimes when having a trades person around can feel intimidating. (And for some worrying). But as soon as Simon from Bespoke Building and Plumbing Maintenance turned up I was put at ease. I was and am pleasantly surprised by the excellant quality and approach Simon provided. Simon clearly explained where the issues were and how he would fix them, so I understood before hand what the work entailed and what the work was required to correct it . I felt comfortable knowing and feeling I wasn't being ripped off. I definitely recommend Bespoke Plumbing and Building Maintenance services. A clean, reliable, trustworthy affordable plumber. I will definitely be using his services again (I am currently drawing up a long list of maintenance jobs for him to do around my property)

Really pleased with my new outdoor tap. Plumber was polite and helpful, came to give me a quote and arrived to fit tap at the agreed times. Cleaned up after he finished and took away the rubbish. Will definitely use him again.

Jamie completed all plumbing work on my new bathroom, including installation of all bathroom furniture. He offered great advice and information on how to complete the installation in the most efficient way, taking it upon himself to communicate with the other contractors to ensure it was finished within the agreed duration. The work was finished on time and to a fantastic standard. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. I also had a hot water pump go faulty, so I called Jamie. He came that evening with a new pump to replace it. Could not recommend Jamie enough.

Needed advice regarding an old boiler replacement so called Steve for excellent advice and he fitted a new boiler and completely cleaned our old system. This turned out to be a major renovation as well as fitting a new combi boiler. Right from the first day Steve and Pete encountered difficult logistic situations and resolved these with their knowledge and professionalism. They explained each part of work that they undertook in a clear and concise way which gave us a lot of confidence whilst retaining their sense of humour, which we appreciated. The standard of their work can only be described as exceptional and carpets and floorboards that need to be taken were replaced perfectly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, they were credit to their profession and if we were able to give them more than five stars we would. Thanks to both of you. It was time to get a new boiler. The old one was struggling. Steve and one other came round, removed the old boiler and installed the new one all in one day. As a bonus, they noticed the water pressure (flow rate) was really low. We agreed they would do this as an additional job, and they sorted it out. It was a great pleasure having them working here. Hugely efficient, very knowledgeable and competent, completing the job with minimal fuss. Highly recommended. Guy

Did our boiler installation and took a lot of time making sure that it was satisfactory. Serviced after 12 months. Also supplied and fitted a new electric shower. Could not have been more pleasant, efficient and helpful.

I phoned Dan on NYE to help out with my elderly Auntie's heating. He was there within 15 minutes and had the issue sorted within the hour. I cant recommend him enough. Great service and good prices.

Dan came to do my job of fitting a new mains water stopcock at very short notice and on a Saturday morning, he even answered a query I had on the Sunday. Nice chap, good job. I would recommend Dan for plumbing work.

I would have been absolutely lost with out Luke .He went several extra miles to make sure I had heating and water after I foolishly did not register my boiler for warranty.luke sorted it all out quickly ! He then did my bathroom which I love ! He was clean tidy ,polite and professional.Would definitely recommend!

Our old boiler finally stopped worked in December 2019. With no spare parts available JP plumbing fitted a new one at short notice and a reasonable price. Very professional and helpful throughout.

Great service and smooth transaction. They replaced a boiler for us - arrived promptly to quote, the job was booked and the gas engineers turned up on the agreed day and on time, completed the works to the agreed price and to an excellent standard.
