I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Was hassle free and he didn’t even eat all the biscuits I left out for him. I haven’t had my bill yet but I’m sure it will be reasonable and I will pay it promptly. Thanks to the whole team.

Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! So pleased with the finished job. Thanks again Sam.

When our boiler failed during the coldest part of January, RP Plumbing and Heating were very helpful and arranged to install a new boiler within days. Their customer service was excellent, the price was very competitive and they turned up when they said they would, completing the job within the day. Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Completed job 2 working days later and has done a really neat job. Nice guy to deal with and left everything clean and tidy. Will defo use again when needed.

Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. Huw recently serviced our boiler. His knowledge is first class, very thorough and explains everything without all the usual jargon. He will now become our go to for all our gas/plumbing needs - couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Fantastic company, really brilliant and friendly service . All staff I dealt with went to extra trouble to solve my boiler and hot water tank issues promptly, in one case staying until eight pm to finish the job. Every time I have used them, work and repairs have been scheduled quickly, despite the extra distance they had to travel, and regular updates provided so we didn’t need to wait home all day. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and the bills I have received have been extremely reasonable. Thank you to all the team!

We had We Heat install a new boiler and replace 3 radiators. They did a fantastic job including minimising the disruption while the work was taking place. Very professional and easy to deal with from the initial survey thorough the the work itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

I chose the coldest week of the year to book a new boiler, but PSP Plumbing & Bathrooms completed the job efficiently & as swiftly as possible. My existing plumbing threw up a couple of problems which were dealt with in a professional way with no inconvenience to me. My house is now lovely & warm. Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

Home heroes were very quick to fit me in for an initial visit to assess my problem. They did the fix as soon as they could and were very polite, tidy workers.

We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. They were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day's work. A pleasure to have working in our home they get 5* from us. Looking forward to them coming back to do the bathrooms next. 😊

He fixed my Genius Smart Heating system on two occasions now and got it working when no-one else could. He will go the extra mile for you and is very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend.

Ken is very knowledgeable, competent and committed to providing a very high standard of workmanship. He is also honest and transparent in all his communications, which helps create a strong sense of trust and peace of mind. He is probably the best gas engineer I came across and I would certainly use him again in the future.
