Fantastic company, really brilliant and friendly service . All staff I dealt with went to extra trouble to solve my boiler and hot water tank issues promptly, in one case staying until eight pm to finish the job. Every time I have used them, work and repairs have been scheduled quickly, despite the extra distance they had to travel, and regular updates provided so we didn’t need to wait home all day. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and the bills I have received have been extremely reasonable. Thank you to all the team!

Thank you Tom at We Heat South! My phone call was answered..a speedy call out arranged for the following morning and Tom arrived on time! Professional, approachable and understanding. Did a brilliant job fixing my external boiler. Office staff also super friendly and efficient. Ken is very knowledgeable, competent and committed to providing a very high standard of workmanship. He is also honest and transparent in all his communications, which helps create a strong sense of trust and peace of mind. He is probably the best gas engineer I came across and I would certainly use him again in the future.

I can recommend this company 100%. Kenny is a real expert at both plumbing and (complex) Wifi-based smart heating systems. He fixed my Genius Smart Heating system on two occasions now and got it working when no-one else could. He will go the extra mile for you and is very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

Priestfield Plumbing sorted out two straightforward but very urgent repairs at rental properties for me including a flooded kitchen on a Saturday afternoon and another tenant with no hot water. These guy's renovated the entire bathroom, fitted a brand new bathroom suite, pump, walk in shower, tiling, furnishings etc. Absolutely fantastic service, quality workmanship, great guys, careful when accessing the rest of the house, kept everything clean and tidy throughout the works.
