Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. He’s a really friendly guy and explained what he was doing as he did it so we knew what was happening. Very grateful to him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again!!

I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. They were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day's work. A pleasure to have working in our home they get 5* from us. Looking forward to them coming back to do the bathrooms next. 😊

Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! So pleased with the finished job. Thanks again Sam.

Sam came to our rescue earlier this week when we discovered a leak from our bathroom was staining our kitchen ceiling. His prompt and efficient work ensured the leak was banished, hopefully for good! I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Was hassle free and he didn’t even eat all the biscuits I left out for him. I haven’t had my bill yet but I’m sure it will be reasonable and I will pay it promptly. Thanks to the whole team.

I very highly recommend Tap plumbing! I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.
