Ben replaced our old radiator with a much more energy efficient model. He was reliable and was careful to neatly work around our new wooden floorboards without causing any damage. We will definitely be using Strong’s again.

Ben and his colleague Chris were fab. Super professional and quick to sort us out with a quote and then to complete the work. They were lovely and super tidy whilst they were working and answered all our silly questions. We had all our radiators changed, our system power flushed and a magna clean filter and Nest installed. Our system is now working beautifully and we are very toasty! Thanks Ben and Chris!

I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Malcolm has undertaken work for us since we have been living in Dorchester over the last six years. I would not use anyone else. He is extremely reliable and all his work is carried out with the utmost precision and care for detail. Malcolm conducted the annual Water Tank Service as well as fixing the plug in the ensuite bathroom. He was prompt to arrive at the prearranged time and conducted the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. He left the respective areas as found. Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. Artisan were amazing. We first used them when we won a facebook comp for a filtered drinking water tap. They were so professional and tidy we knew then when we were upgrading our bathrooms etc we would use them. From March 19 we started to refurbish the whole house (3 story town house). We liaised with Linda and James (Artisan) on what we wanted to do - the whole house. They would do all our plumbing needs ie., 1 x bathroom, 1 x en-suite and 1 x downstairs WC, all radiators. Linda would also project manage everything as she knows exactly what to do and when to do it. We also needed joiners, painters, electrician, tiler and flooring - and we asked Linda and James who they would recommend as they link in with companies on a regular basis. Again, Linda would project manage everyone as we went with all their suggestions. Together we came up with a price for each of the bathrooms where we chose all the fitments etc. The initial price was a lot higher than we wanted and Linda therefore did a lot of work sending us to Shepton Mallet to choose alternative fittings (but not as expensive). She worked everything out down to the last part and came in at what we wanted to pay. (With the money we saved we did actually get them to do additional work, and changed some things to the most expensive where we deemed it best). James came round every Friday to check on how the work was getting on and pushing the guys along if they need it. He also took all the old materials away each week so we never had anything hanging around for long. The rooms were hoovered and tidied up every day so we could utilise rooms as and when. They sorted out our main bathroom initially so we could then live on our top floor with the bedroom and bath while they worked on the en-suite etc. This worked really well. All the other craftsmen/women were fantastic and of the same high calibre as Artisan. Linda will let you have the details of these if you need them and I suggest you use them if you want a good job. The work was finished after 4-5 months and the house looks amazing - this is all thanks to Artisan as without them we wouldn't have the house/home we do now. They also continued to help out after their work with the plumbing had been finalised. Our Kitchen was done separately through another specialist company. We can't recommend Artisan (Linda and James) enough. They and their workers were brilliant. The craftsman ship of all the work is first class. We spent a huge amount refurbishing and we are pleased with every penny spent. (We have both unfortunately had cowboy builders in the past so know things can go wrong if you don't use a reputable company). Please please please use Artisan if you want a beautiful, professional and friendly job done. Sam and Dave

Our job was very small, capping off a leaking pipe from an old defunct heating system still in situ. Artisan came to the rescue and were super efficient, polite, speedy and clean as well as very competently fixing the problem which unfortunately a previous plumber had left us with. We'd highly recommend them and would definitely use them again (when we need to replace our ageing boiler for starters!). A huge thank you.

Ben was friendly, great value, lots of experience. He answered promptly and came straight over. We had a new oven fitted and a service on our boiler. After speaking with 5 other local suppliers (most of which didn't even call back!) Ben was by far the most competitive and with the best service. I could not recommend CHG highly enough on our recent Air Source Heat Pump Installation. From the very first initial contact and survey by Michael right through to the planning and installation by Stuart and the overall supervision and commissioning by Harry, the company were Professional, Smart and a total pleasure to deal with. They took care to ensure everything was planned as required for the property as well as dealing with all the administration details around the BUS Scheme available for ASHP to the room by room heat outputs and Radiator sizing. Heatfluence is the best company we've worked with for complete strip-out and installing new bathrooms (& we've done c.20). Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Darren and Jack cleared several blocked up rainwater drains and ran a CCTV survey at a property I've just moved into. When I first called their number it went to voicemail but Darren texted me an hour or so later when he had signal and was at my house within 24hrs of first contact. They arrived early, talked me through everything, made useful suggestions for solutions and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. The drains are all unblocked, they cleaned up after themselves and I now know much more about the drainage situation here and have options for future works. Throughout they were polite, professional and respectful. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Darren at Valley Drains was really helpful. He and his co-worker came out within two hours of me contacting them. They dealt with my blocked drains extremely efficiently. Turned out it was an issue for Wessex Water, so Darren explained how I should be able to get a refund. I found he and his colleague polite, professional and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.
