Darren and Jack cleared several blocked up rainwater drains and ran a CCTV survey at a property I've just moved into. When I first called their number it went to voicemail but Darren texted me an hour or so later when he had signal and was at my house within 24hrs of first contact. They arrived early, talked me through everything, made useful suggestions for solutions and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. The drains are all unblocked, they cleaned up after themselves and I now know much more about the drainage situation here and have options for future works. Throughout they were polite, professional and respectful. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Brilliant company!!! Highly recommend!!!! Darren and Co are so helpful it’s beyond words! Fitted us in so quickly with an urgent washing machine drain issue. With a 6 wk old babygirl you can imagine the pile of washing. As soon as I had called to explain the issue Darren and team were on hand immediately to rectify the problem, what a relief 😅. Professional at all times with a friendly manner and couldn’t have been more helpful. Wouldn’t use anyone else for drains or water issues again. Good price very happy.

Darren at Valley Drains was really helpful. He and his co-worker came out within two hours of me contacting them. They dealt with my blocked drains extremely efficiently. Turned out it was an issue for Wessex Water, so Darren explained how I should be able to get a refund. I found he and his colleague polite, professional and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.

Had water leaking through the ceiling. Phoned Todd early on a Saturday Morning and he was with us within minutes. The leek was found to be coming from within a wall and in an awkward position. Although he was limited for time he still ensured that all the necessary work was completed. Cannot fault the service provided. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Todd has come to our home on a number of occasions, to fit a shower, new bathroom, remove old radiators, fit new radiators, leaking taps. We had so many problems with our home through renovations and Todd was fantastic on each occasion, fitting us in last minute to ensure other trades could complete works. He’s always on time , leave the house tidy, friendly with the whole family and his work is 101% every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to keep using him in the future and recommending to friends and family

I thank my lucky stars I found Todd. The inlet valve on my combi boiler was not switching off. As I am new to the area I now live in, I knew no contractors and had no recommendations. I went to what I thought was a local accredited company for help. They charged me £128 for a call out and diagnostic visit. They then wanted to charge me £155 for a new part, £207 for labour + VAT. In despair at this extortionate sum, I contacted Todd. He visited the next day, unjammed the valve, gave it a squirt of oil and charged me just £80. This is your man. He knows exactly what he is doing and does it quickly and efficiently. His contact number is now permanently in my phone. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much, Todd.

Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. ARC is an amazing company to work with. My experience was just great when I decided on purchasing a new kitchen. Jack offered a competitive quote for the installation and ARC has a highly skilled team comprising electricians, plumbers and carpenters working for ARC. The process was smooth. Ken, who has 10+ years installing bespoke kitchens did the lion’s share of the work, including fitting a kitchen floor and tiling. His detailed approach was needed as I live in an old cottage with uneven walls. Before I knew it a whole kitchen was installed. All the workers were respectful, kind, punctual and it was a pleasure to have them around the house. I highly recommend ARC. Heatfluence is the best company we've worked with for complete strip-out and installing new bathrooms (& we've done c.20). Kye has been responsive, ultra-professional, has listened to what we want and executed it brilliantly, turned up every day on time and worked solidly. We would recommend him absolutely.
