We hired Winterborne Hire & Styling for our wedding in July and honestly it was the easiest, best decision we made for our big day! Dawn was so helpful and understood our vision the entire process. She really listened and ordered in pieces we needed to really bring our colour scheme and vision to light. I can’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely fantastic job from Winterborne Hire & Styling! We rented some beautiful table decorations and flower pillars that complimented our wedding venue perfectly.They have a great range of items in their showroom and Dawn was so helpful and patient in taking through what items to choose. They are very professional and coordinated directly with the venue and had a delivery option making it seamless and efficient (one less thing for me to worry about!). Highly recommend :)

Winterborne were absolutely brilliant and so helpful throughout our wedding journey. They decorated our ladders with faux plants, and the results were stunning—the photos speak for themselves. We received so many compliments, and you honestly couldn’t tell the plants were artificial. In the lead-up, the team was incredibly supportive. They ensured everything was set up quickly, allowing us to move on with the rest of the decorations without feeling rushed. They even offered additional staff to help with other decorative elements, which was such a kind gesture. We just can’t recommend Winterborne enough!

Catherine was with us from our first wedding Faye at Antrobus House til our first dance at our wedding reception. We decided to have her for our wedding co ordinator and the day ran even better than we’d hoped, with every detail managed by her amazingly, meaning we could just sit back and enjoy our wedding day. Catherine is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend enough, having her co-ordinate your day. She helped us make sure we had considered everything we needed (things I would never have though of!). We held our wedding at Antrobus House and I couldn’t have wished for a better day. Nicky was very accommodating with the items i required. She send me photo's of what i wanted, to give me an idea on what i was hiring along with making the whole process nice and straightforward. Once the items were collected (by my dad) and bought to the venue i could certainly see Nicky looks after her props as the quality of the items were really good. When my husband and I initially met with Georgia at MatthewOliver Weddings, there was an instant connection. After a few weeks of initial planning, we had some unforseen circumstances arise and had to stop with proceeding on our planning. When we were ready to resume the wedding plans, Georgia was able to work us back into her schedule. We spent the next year and half planning our dream European adventure. The strength of the Matthew Oliver team is their relationships, which when it comes to weddings, is one of the most important qualities for a wedding planner. Because of their close ties with everyone in the industry, we were able to pull off an incredible destination wedding with ease and in budget. Juliette was our celebrant for our May 2024 wedding at Tunnels Beaches, and she was INCREDIBLE!!! She wrote such a personal ceremony, we've had so many compliments from people saying how special it was, and it was exactly what we wanted. We had originally expected to get married in a Church, but in the end chose not to and Juliette allowed us to have our dream ceremony. When I got engaged, there wasn't going to be anyone else to marry my fiance and I except Juliette! If you haven't booked Laura already.. you must! She was so incredible from the first email. We had a very late change of wedding coordinator at our venue close to our day which really stressed me out! We were also organising a Salcombe wedding from Suffolk which made this more difficult. Then Laura contacted us and gave us complete confidence that everything would be exactly as we wanted it and it couldn't have been more perfect. I was very specific about all my design ideas and Laura went above and beyond to make sure it was perfectly as I'd envisioned. She made excellent suggestions to compliment the things I'd already arranged, the pink ruffle tablecloths were so beautiful along with the gold cutlery and charger plates. It honestly looked more beautiful than I could have imagined. On the day itself we couldn't have managed without her. She went out of her way to help my husband arrange all of the decor along with coordinating the various suppliers. She even helped with his buttonhole! Her attention to detail is incredible we knew the changeover to our wedding breakfast set up would be fabulous and it brought us both to tears walking in and seeing it for the first time. We recently got married at the Salcombe Harbour Hotel and as we are not based locally, decided that it would be a good idea to have a wedding planner to help us. We were lucky to have Laura recommended to us and getting Laura involved was the best wedding planning decision that we made! Laura is absolutely fantastic! We weren't sure what to expect but right from the get-go, Laura put us totally at ease. She isn't pushy, and doesn't "take over" at all - she took the time to get to know us and to really understand what we wanted from our big day - especially regarding the look and feel of what we wanted to create. We really wanted to "dress" our venue and Laura was absolutely invaluable in creating a visually stunning setting. She prepared mood boards and researched multiple suppliers and presented us with a variety of options - including bringing one of our specialist suppliers all the way from London. The result was absolutely stunning! We also asked Laura to supervise on the big day. Again this is definitely something that we would 100% recommend that you do as it removes any stress or worries about what happens if something doesn't go to plan on the day. Laura was there for the whole day and worked really hard - coordinating with all our suppliers, the hotel staff, kitchen and us of course - us! Despite 2 years of planning, some things will not quite go to plan on the day, but Laura sorted any issues out quickly and calmly in a seamless way so we had nothing to worry about - allowing us to focus on simply enjoying our day! We loved working with Laura, she totally understood what we wanted to create and clearly shared our passion and excitement. Laura is friendly, approachable, easy to work with, reliable, and is honest and will give you really great advice to help you achieve what you want - without being "pushy" (by the way - she is also usually right!) We were so lucky to have Laura help style our day. She put so much time and effort into making our vision a reality on a budget, and we could really trust her timeless and elegant taste. We first found The Orangery Suite within the few days after we got engaged in Mauritius. We emailed Becky whilst we were still abroad and viewed the venue the week after we got back to the UK and the venue looked amazing, even in the British rain! We looked at one other venue, just to say we had compared it to another place, but we knew instantly that it was the perfect venue for us. We are active people and can get bored easily, so all of the games and activities really appealed to us, along with the beautiful grounds! Becky, Scott and Louise have done the best job since taking over the venue and have really refreshed the look, including refurbishing inside the orangery suite and the outside bathrooms. Everything looked great on the day and it ran so smoothly, thanks to all of their efforts! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they helped answer and resolve any questions I had. All of our guests have commented on how perfect the venue was and what a good find it was. They all enjoyed playing all of the games, especially the mini golf, badminton, table football and basketball net! They were also so welcoming of our 2 dogs, Ted and Alfie, who also really enjoyed the day being ring bearers. There were no restrictions on how long they could stay or where they could go and it was so nice to know they were just as welcome as all of the humans! It really was the best day ever and we are so grateful to The Orangery Suite!

Gemma was such a great help for our wedding. We chose to do a very much DIY wedding which meant there was alot to organsie so Gemma was extremely helpful in terms of giving advice and sharing excellent suppliers for our wedding. We had regular catch ups and she was so helpful in regards to putting a schedule together for the day and letting me know what would work best, as this was something I found quite overwhelming to do myself. She was then there for the weekend, popping in to help with set up and discuss the next day, and helping making decisions I was being indecisive over! On the day she was fab, I was so pleased to have her there, she knew the venue really well which made life much easier. She was fab!

Bethan at Apple and Bramble was the coordinator at our wedding in July. Throughout planning she was full of good suggestions about suppliers and how we could structure the day. The day before she helped us set up all the furniture and decorations. Her help and her ideas for layout and design were invaluable. She made what would have been quite a stressful task really relaxed. She was also able to hire out loads of lovely decorations and props (vases, candlesticks, cushions etc). On the day itself she managed everything perfectly from the beginning to the very end of the night so we didn't have to think about anything. I cannot stress enough what a fantastic job she did!! We had another party at the venue the day after and she was there again, bright and early and by the time we arrived she'd set everything up and it was looking beautiful again. On top of all her hard work, Bethan was just a joy to have around. We so enjoyed spending time with you! I cannot recommend Apple and Bramble highly enough. Thanks for everything :)
