The decor was stunning. Everyone complimented the set up of the ceremony room and how lovely the reception tables were. The Photo Booth was a massive hit with everyone. The chocolate foundation was good and the children loved it, as well as the sweet cart. Communication was good and always available for any queries.

Truly magical is the only words I can use to describe our wedding decor. I had a vision in mind and put all my trust in "a touch of class". I actually changed venues just so I could use them and I'm so glad I did. From the first message right until the day communication was prompt and informative and the day itself just blew us away ! Our guests commented it was tge most stunning set up they have ever seen and i totally agree. Absolutely perfect in every way !!

My Husband & I recently held our Wedding at Came House and it was perfect! The house and grounds are just beautiful and the venue really is a hidden gem! Having use of the house from Friday- Sunday extended the celebrations for us and meant we could all get ready on site in the morning. The staff at Came were all extremely helpful and hardworking and there’s a lot of work done behind the scenes to make the Wedding day run smoothly. The marquee was beautifully set up for us and a good size for the Wedding Breakfast and Reception. The grounds are stunning and provide a number of different backdrops for your wedding photos. The orangery where we had our ceremony is also a wonderful setting for that part of the day and for photos. We couldn’t fault any part of our weekend at Came House and would highly recommend it! Came House is surrounded by beautiful Dorset countryside, and just by itself is an incredible venue to get married at. However the team that works there make it truly special - your wedding day and the weeks / months leading up to it can be stressful, but Melanie and the Came team helped make everything so easy and stress-free for us, which allowed us to just enjoy the day, safe in the knowledge that everything was taken care of. From planning the BBQ for our friends and family on the Friday night, recommending caterers, DJ’s and wine suppliers, to the day itself (with all of our requests and last minute curveballs!) they worked tirelessly to ensure that our wedding weekend ran smoothly and to give us the perfect day. We have had so many people say how beautiful the venue looked, and how well organised everything was… We got very lucky with the weather, and even luckier that we picked Came for our special day 😊 Thank you again so much for everything! We couldn't recommend Came House more as a wedding venue. Tucked away in the beautiful Dorset countryside, the house itself is stunning and such an incredible place to get married. Melanie and the team were just so lovely from the very beginning - which was so important to us, a team that we wanted to work with to bring our wedding to life. And they really came through, from helping us plan all aspects, covering every detail, and doing it all with a great calmness and friendliness. In short, they were brilliant. Get the venue right and the rest will follow... with Came, it certainly did.

I'm a wedding photographer. Whilst I've shot weddings at Came House it has been as the second photographer each time so I don't have bridal images to share of the venue. Instead I'll share a few room-layout images to give a flavour of it. These are all from one wedding later on in October a couple of years ago. Came House is a beautiful venue with plenty of space for guests either outside or inside. There's a beautiful garden to explore and lots of spots for those gorgeous shots of the two of you as a couple. Definitely one I enjoy working at.

We got married at Abbots Court in September 2023 and want to do it all over again! Cat was so helpful both the day before and on the wedding day setting everything up. We wouldn't have known where to start but she coordinated us all very well. Cat also kept our stress and nerves as low as she could on Wednesday which definitely got us through the ceremony!! The venue was absolutely stunning and the gardens were beautiful. You made it possible for us to have the relaxed and fun day we wanted. It was noted by guests that the wedding was different to any wedding they had been to before, but one of the best! It means so much to us that our friends and family had such an amazing time. Thanks to everyone at Abbots Court for everything!

A truly wonderful retreat, set in gorgeous countryside. The decor of the house is tasteful and calming. Lots of different spaces for people to enjoy - great kitchen, dinning room and lounge for larger groups & snug bar for hiding away in. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Christina and the team were very welcoming and helpful. I Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We booked Abbots Court after a chance viewing and what felt like fate with our dream date becoming free the coming year. We knew the venue suited our vision of the wedding day, but it was the way that the staff saw the whole wedding weekend that filled us with the confidence to book (even with a lot of the venue still CGI drawings!) We were not disappointed when it came to our last planning meeting and seeing everything in its full glory and on the day it was perfect. The ability to have friends stay the weekend with us, the informal but beautiful look and feel of Abbots Court and the amazing staff meant we truly had the best day of our lives. We were able to make a weekend of it by hosting a sports day at the venue the next day and everything was made so easy by Kat and the team. Set up was a breeze, we were given a whole day to prepare and that took the stress out of the big day, which isn’t always a luxury that venues give couples. We booked Abbots Court, Almer Manor and the Shepard’s huts on site - all provided incredible experiences for our guests and the feedback we have had from everyone that stayed has been amazing. The luxury and well thought out venues added to our wedding experience and guests were definitely keen to try and stay again in future! We want to say a massive thank you for everything you did to answer the questions (no matter how big or small) and for all the thought and advice that went into making our day truly about us, and not just a carbon copy or a template that couldn’t be veered from. I wish I could add more stars! We got married at Abbots Court in May 2023 and I can't recommend it enough as a wedding venue. The house and grounds are absolutely breath-taking in the middle of the countryside and are maintained to the highest standard. We loved that there were so many options from the Victorian Barn for the ceremony, to the gardens for reception drinks to the pavilion for dinner and party and then the house (and the glamping pods!) for the after party. Having our family and friends stay in the house the night before with its huge kitchen, dining room and hot tub and then also in the glamping style pods on the night was amazing and kept the party going in the house bar! Having so many options allowed several people to stay on site which allowed the wedding to go on all weekend. One of the highlights of our wedding was the organisation in the run up to and on the day. This is all down to Cat and her amazing team who expertly put up with all my queries and worries and made everything run smoothly. I cannot thank them enough for making our wedding dreams come true. A truly special venue and we couldn't ask for more. Thank you to everyone involved.

I had my wedding at Hope Farm last Saturday and it was the most wonderful experience. Sue and her team are excellent, helpful, friendly and supportive with really good recommendations and links to local resources and services. We first visted the venue just under a year ago and were blown away by the gorgeous views, chilled atmosphere and the mix of contemporary/rustic charm. Luckily we were able to secure the last available date in 2023 and it certainly lived up to our expectations! We celebrated our wedding at Hope Farm last weekend and had the most fabulous day. Sue and the team were welcoming and attentive, whilst also giving you the space and freedom to decorate and enjoy the venue as you pleased throughout the weekend. The facilities are beautifully finished and we had countless compliments from guests who particularly enjoyed the different areas on the farm to explore in between the main events of the day and not just being stuck inside a stiff hotel/venue.The alpacas and baby goats were a massive hit with our guests - the perfect photobomb for our gorgeous pictures! A beautiful venue with treasured memories, we hope to one day come back as guests or maybe to celebrate an anniversary! Can't recommend it enough x

Stunning venue! We cannot recommend this venue and Sue and her team enough for the amazing job they do. They couldn't do enough to make sure we had the most magical day. From the moment we saw the place, we fell in love and knew we had to get married here. Then we met Sue and she put us at ease straight away, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much hassle. Absolutely fantastic job from Winterborne Hire & Styling! We rented some beautiful table decorations and flower pillars that complimented our wedding venue perfectly.They have a great range of items in their showroom and Dawn was so helpful and patient in taking through what items to choose. They are very professional and coordinated directly with the venue and had a delivery option making it seamless and efficient (one less thing for me to worry about!). Highly recommend :)

Winterborne Hire and Styling were incredible at making our day extra special. I visited their lovely show room a few months prior to our wedding. After discussing what we needed, they produced some spectacular arrangements to suit the theme for our wedding and to match our fresh flowers. They delivered them on time and installed them ready for the big day, so we did not need to lift a finger. We are so glad we went with them as the arrangements really elevated our ceremony area. We were planning an outdoors wedding and Georgi at Scarlett Rose Events was extremely accommodating when we only wanted to hire sashes for our chairs. Georgi was so friendly to talk to when we were organising it and I felt like that part of our wedding decor was in safe hands. When the British weather decided to give us rain on our wedding day, Georgi stepped in last minute and allowed us to move our wedding inside and provided the most beautiful wedding arch dressed for our ceremony. It looked amazing and can only thank Georgi for coming to our rescue and creating such a beautiful wedding space. I would 100% recommend Georgi if you are after decor and set up for your event. The only reason why we didn’t hire more items from Georgi is because we just didn’t need it but her stock looks beautiful.

Georgi @ Scarlett Rose Events made our day run so smoothly and stress free! From the beginning, Georgi was incredibly helpful and receptive to any questions we had. She's very well connected with vendors and was able to rely on her network when we were looking for some additional vendors. She took over one month ahead of our big day and was so organized and efficient!! She brought her expertise and made us think of so many details we would have missed otherwise. On the day, somehow Georgi was everywhere all at once. She worked so hard and kept us to time! We had such a stress free day and could truly enjoy the party because we knew Georgi was handling everything. Above all, she is the kindest and loveliest person and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know her throughout this process. As someone who originally didn't think we needed a coordinator, I now would highly highly recommend having someone on the day - specifically Georgi!! We chose Gorwell for our wedding in July 2024, booking two years prior. Mary and the Team are fantastic, you can really tell that they want your big day to be a success. Gorwell Farm hosted our wedding (and accommodation) and was excellent from beginning to end. It’s. A beautiful, rustic venue but has been fully modernised and updated with all conveniences for a wedding whilst still retaining the rustic feel. All queries were addressed quickly and we couldn’t imagine it being any better.

Gorwell Farm was where we chose to have our wedding this summer, and we could not have chosen a more perfect location for our special day. The cottages are spacious and comfortable for the morning-of preparation, and the barn and surrounding grounds are just idyllic. It really was the perfect space for our wedding. Mary and the team were great in the run-up to the wedding and on the day. It meant we didn't have anything to worry about. Also a shout out to the bar staff who were absolutely fantastic!

WHAT A VENUE! Having shot at venues all over Mapperton is just incredible. It has everything, and I mean everything. Multiple choices for the ceremony, STUNNING grounds, gorgeous barn. It honestly has it all. The staff are wonderful, so welcoming and really take care of their suppliers - which means they take care of their couples. It's a dream venue!

Well what can I say?! Our wedding day was an absolute dream from start to finish. The team is absolutely incredible, with special shout outs to Emma for her impeccable organisation and to Andrew for his flawless service. We had several mobility challenged members of our party and they left this event feeling like they’d been treated like absolute queens! Nothing was too much trouble, they were always checking everyone was happy and often anticipated what we wanted before we had even realised! We were in super safe hands and could fully relax into the day and just enjoy it. We will forever treasure these special memories that were made possible by this incredible team of people.

The most perfect day at a dream venue Patrick and I had the most incredible experience getting married at Mapperton. From the moment we first visited we knew it was the perfect venue for us due to how flexible, versatile and stunning it is. Holly our amazing wedding coordinator was one of the reasons we chose the venue and is a true asset to Mapperton. She was there to take us through the whole process, being a fountain of knowledge for amazing suppliers in the South West and nothing was too big an ask. Most importantly she made sure our day ran like clockwork and we couldn't have asked for a better day. Our guests have given us so many compliments saying it is the favourite wedding they have ever been to and this is all thanks to the hard work put in by the team at Mapperton. We can't wait to pop in, take a walk around the stunning Italian gardens and visit the Mapperton family to remember our special day.

The absolute most perfect wedding venue ever! Mapperton had everything that we wanted and we absolutely fell in love with it, no venue in the area compared!! It was a complete blank canvas in the coach house which we really liked and there were many ceremony options (inside and outside) but we opted with the croquet lawn which was simply stunning. The gardens are sensational and many of our guests have said it’s the most beautiful wedding venue they have ever been to. There’s two cottages on site too so we used one for the bridal party and then one for the grooms, this was such an amazing option to have and really added to the whole weekend experience! Holly our wedding co-ordinator was incredible, so kind and understanding. No question was too big and she helped us quickly on any wedding advice / help that we needed. We really appreciated her being there through anything that we needed, she was amazing on the day and it all ran smoothly which was completely all her hard work but also leading up to the wedding too. She helped so much & we truly appreciate her! She really understood our vision. If you are thinking of booking Mapperton for your wedding then DO IT, it was simply a dream come true that we will remember for the rest of our lives!! :)
