Wow, Ellie!! I first enjoyed one of Ellie's ceremony as a guest at a friend's wedding. Her energy, enthusiasm, wit, story telling and care and affection made the ceremony a truly special and memorable time. It was an easy choice when it came to my own wedding who should be our celebrant. Ellie, once again blew the guests away with a ceremony exactly as we wanted - laidback and relaxed but to make every guest fell and play a part. Noone expected to be proper belly laughing throughout and everyone said they've never been to a ceremony like it, but it was they'd been to! Ellie listened to what we thought we wanted and guided us with great ideas and was better than we could have ever imagined. Eternally grateful for making our ceremony so memorable to us and all our guests ❤️

I highly recommend using Ellie from Wild flower ceremonies as your wedding celebrant. Ellie delivered a personal, funny and beautiful ceremony for us. My partner and I had slightly different views on what the ceremony should be with him being slightly more traditional than me. Ellie got the tone so spot on and kept it light hearted and fun whilst still having some of the rituals that I wanted. I attended a beautiful Wedding Handfasting Celebration facilitated by Ellie in December 2021 for some dear friends of mine. Ellie was exceptional. She was engaging, genuine, calm and welcoming to everyone. As a facilitator she was inspiring and I felt honoured to be present. It was one of the most wonderful weddings I’ve ever attended, the ceremony was moving and so bespoke to my lovely friends. I thoroughly recommend Ellie!

Ellie created and delivered our Handfasting Marriage Ceremony. I cannot rate her highly enough. She first offered a couple of consultations to get to know us, our story and find out what we wanted from the ceremony. From the offset Ellie was very easy to talk to. She is also incredibly intuitive, so this made the ‘script forming’ stage very easy. She even picked up on subtleties from the ways in which we interacted during our consultations to perfectly represent us as a couple within the ceremony speech. On the wedding day Ellie was super helpful with practical (and emotional) tasks. Her warm and calm approach certainly made my groom feel at ease while he waited! We have had so many glowing reviews from our guests with regards to Ellie and the ceremony. Some family members who are quite religious even said that this was the best wedding they had been to, and that the ceremony was surprisingly inclusive and interesting. If you are looking for an easy-going but attentive celebrant who can tell your love story in a heart-felt, humorous and genuine way then look no further! Thank you so much Ellie for everything x

Nicky was very accommodating with the items i required. She send me photo's of what i wanted, to give me an idea on what i was hiring along with making the whole process nice and straightforward. Once the items were collected (by my dad) and bought to the venue i could certainly see Nicky looks after her props as the quality of the items were really good. I would thoroughly recommend Nicky and her business to anyone conducting any number of events not just weddings. We recently used Tickled Pig Events for our wedding at Sopley Mill. From the moment I made contact with Niki I knew we were in safe hands. The food and the service on the day completely exceeded our expectations. Both my husband and I love cooking and eating out and the food was probably the most important thing to us. We couldn’t have been happier with everything, it was delicious and beautifully presented. Cooking 60 beef wellingtons to perfection is no mean feat! Our friends and family were also blown away, we’ve had so many guests saying it was the best wedding food they’d ever eaten. We also had a few very last minute changes, which were dealt with faultlessly. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional.

I had no idea about flowers, types or prices, I just knew what I want my wedding to look like and Maddie made it happen! Could not speak highly enough of my experience with Maddie at Oh Flora Weddings. Maddie is insanely talented & created floral displays and bouquets for our wedding that were way beyond anything we anticipated. From first speaking to Maddie, she entirely got the vision I was trying to create and gave advice for the best approach in our budget. When the flowers were delivered the morning of the wedding I was in awe, and completely blown away when I saw the venue. Maddie is super friendly, passionate and knowledgable and made the whole planning process so easy for us, even with our postponement due to covid. I knew from the very first call I had with Maddie that she was the florist for us, I immediately felt we got on so well and that she understood my vision for our wedding day. I was very specific with my vision and what I wanted our flowers to look like from the get go (a few changes along the way!) and to say Maddie and the team nailed it on the day would be an understatement!!! I just could not have been more happy with them, it was everything we wanted and more. Maddie was so helpful through the planning process, explaining everything to me in detail so I understood what would be achievable for us. The flowers were absolutely stunning, and the way they complicated our venue, Somerley House, was perfect. I was absolutely blown away when I saw all the floral creations on our wedding day. I will always remember the reactions in the room when our bouquets arrived, and seeing the aisle set up from the window. We hired The Benedicts for our recent August wedding and we couldn't have been happier with them! We had the acoustic duo first, which played for 2 hours while our guests mingled outside. They played an excellent variety of tunes, everything from chart to old classics, with some unexpected twists. It added the perfect ambiance to the afternoon. Into the evening, 2 piece became 4 with a full party set up. They skill level was exceptional and everyone of all ages enjoyed the music with something for everyone. The band played 3 incredible sets through out the evening with people dancing to all, infilled with a personalised Spotify DJ set. The preference sheet was super easy and comes with a huge list of songs for you to chose from, from all decades and types of music! It ensures the band have everything they need to make your night incredible, and also everything you need to help them make it so. I'd recommend The Benedicts in a heartbeat, they were fantastic, true professionals and gents and highly skilled. Thank you for helping to make our perfect wedding day! You guys ROCK!

I can't recommend The Benedict's enough. They played at our wedding and were everything we hoped for and more! They have such a great repertoire of songs and they kept the dance floor busy all night! In between sets they created the best DJ playlist, which covered the genres we suggested perfectly. They were great at communicating and had a really thorough checklist to fill out pre wedding. This meant that everything ran smoothly on the night. Thank you for making our wedding reception so brilliant!

From the initial booking process to the actual performance at our wedding two weeks ago, these guys were fabulous! Baz made the process seamless, with responsive emails and easy booking forms. Nothing was too much trouble and the repertoire of songs the band can play is vast! We absolutely loved choosing the songs we knew everyone would enjoy. On the night itself, the guys smashed it! With a full dance floor and guests complimenting the performance (even now, a few weeks on), we couldn't have wished for anything more. You really were the best! The Benedicts were absolutely awesome. They played an amazing acoustic set and then really bought the party! They had the whole wedding up dancing and their music and voices were incredible. Catherine is absolutely incredible! Having booked some of Catherine's wedding shows I knew she was a wonderful lady, so kind and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Last August I had the pleasure to work alongside her on a wedding day, and some how she managed to surprise me even more than before! We held our wedding at Antrobus House and I couldn’t have wished for a better day. The venue was beautiful and just amazing for a wedding, and Catherine, who helped to facilitate the day was perfectly perfect. Catherine is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend enough, having her co-ordinate your day. She helped us make sure we had considered everything we needed (things I would never have though of!). She helped make the wedding planning process smooth and liaised with suppliers so everything worked together. Thank you so much to Sam from the Little White Heart company for decorating our wedding so beautifully. We met Sam at a wedding open day at the Royal Bath hotel and got to see first hand how amazing her set up was and most of her decorations, that we asked her to book our day then! We choose the all inclusive package which included everything we needed plus more. We met with Sam again at our venue and we went through everything we would like and she also gave good ideas and recommendations on things we could use to fill up space and make our vision and reality. On the day, everything looked amazing and how we wanted it to be. We also had so many people tell us how wonderful the hall looked. Thank you again Sam for all your hard work, it was perfect.

We are so glad we chose Sopley Mill for our wedding venue. Everything was perfect and exactly how we pictured our special day. The Sopley team were so helpful with all of our various queries while we were putting our plans together. When it came to the big day, Kelly really helped to keep us at ease and ensured that everything was on track and ran to time. My biggest worry about choosing a dry hire venue was that it would be difficult to keep everything coordinated, but I needn’t have worried as Kelly made it seamless! Having a dry hire venue meant that we could add our personal touch but the venue has so much character already that it really doesn’t need much added. We loved having everything in one venue and the setting is absolutely stunning. We had so many lovely comments from our guests who were raving about how amazing the venue is too. We wanted a venue that had a relaxed, laid-back feel to it, and Sopley Mill did that perfectly. Our whole experience with the venue and the Sopley team was a real pleasure. If you are looking for an intimate and rustic venue ,then look no further than Sopley Mill. It was exactly what we had pictured . A beautiful building set on the River . It is simply stunning . The low beams , exposed brickwork and beautiful natural lighting. It really is a dream. So much space yet not too spaced out that you lose everyone . You pretty much have a blank canvas you can do exactly what you want with . Please do go and have a look .
