We are absolutely delighted with the professionalism and quality of workmanship provided by Luna Roofing. Dean fully involved us in the whole roof repair process. From the initial identification of the problem right through to the completion of the work, Dean kept us informed and remedied the issue swiftly.

We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

After some damage caused by solar panel installers our roof began to leak quite significantly. Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless. Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed. As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

Excellent service, very professional, on time and friendly - couldn't ask for better from start to finish... Promptly returned my initial request for a quote and was happy to discuss options and answer questions we had. Kept us informed of the arrival of the scaffold and the timing of the job. Very efficient when the job itself and when done everything was tidy as it should be. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and if I need roofers in the future they will be my first call!

Contacted Harvey when we knew mum’s roof was falling apart and from the first contact he couldn’t have been more helpful. I hadn't heard of this company before, but I was very pleased to find them today, looking for hip tiles and none of the big companies could help, nothing in stock and very expensive delivery in 3 days. Enter John James and they had the exact tiles I was looking for in the yard. Their delivery fee was also half the price of the big companies had I needed it. They cheerfully loaded the tiles onto my van without being asked, nothing was too much trouble for them. Kind, helpful, very reasonable prices. Five stars.

Our conservatory was cold, damp and a useless space in the winter. The conservatory has now been transformed into a useable , warm and light space. Far cheaper than an extension, but has the same effect, it is now a fully useable room. Highly recommend this company, very professional and trustworthy. Damien came and gave a quote. Some weeks later I agreed to go ahead and was booked in. He kept in touch with the estimated date for works. Had the conservatory roof replaced, internal ceiling plastered. Additionally a stud wall built and the dwarf walls plastered. All the guys were friendly and tidy and kept me informed as the job progressed. I’ve waited several months to post this to ensure there weren’t any teething issues and I’ve had no concerns at all. Very pleased would certainly recommend.

I highly recommend Scott Miles roofing Ltd. From the outset Scott was very easy to work with. A group of professional roof specialists, who poured their all into bringing our roof up to an exceptional standard. We’ve noticed the difference in the warmth on our property, due to some new soffits, insulation, cementing of apex tiles, new grade 4 lead on chimneys, apex joins from different height roofs, bay window roofs, flashings, gutters and downpipes that work! Scott brought samples of suitable tiles, rainwater furniture options and posed other roofing options as well as submitted 3 estimates for 1) essential repair, 2) partial replacement and 3) complete replacement. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept me involved in decision making as the job progressed. Scott and the team were professional at all times, fitting around other trades or jobs that needed access, often arranging to return to finish after other trades had completed their works. We did go over the estimate for maintenance and upgrading of lead work and full replacement in certain compromised areas of rotten woodwork, but that was down to our choice and after full discussion exploring alternative options and additional costs, we made the decision to not skimp. Their scaffolder of choice was also accommodating to our extended needs. They are a hard working bunch of really lovely skilled workers. The lead work carried out by Reeve is close on an artisan finish and quality. Our surveyor put them as highly commended. New roof in Ashley Heath. Have just had my bungalow reroofed by Scott's company . They did a fantastic job Reeve and his team were absolutely brilliant unfortunately my roof was in very a poor condition with rotten battens but they didn't moan they just got on with the job . Leaking chimney breast, turned out the lead flashing needed replacing. Quick, efficient service. Job completed in 72 hours (had to wait for dry day. A massive thank you as my mother is 87 and this job needed doing quickly. Brilliant service.
