Excellent service from Ross -friendly, knowledgable and thorough. Most impressive was that when I picked up that part of the job was missed by his team due to ambiguity in the specification, he sent them straight back the next day to rectify it with no quibbles. Very happy with the end result.

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Ross and the team were excellent from start to finish - super responsive, fast to quote and then to schedule the work after accepting the quotation (which was ideal for a leaking roof!). The work was exceptional and amazing value for money; looks perfect and the guys were really respectful of the property, tidy and friendly. I can't recommend RSM Roofing highly enough.

Our stepped lead parapet gutter was completely replaced by Abbey Roofing and Preservation. The work included new plywood sub-deck, replacement support timbers where necessary and new parapet wall flashings. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and good quality craftsmanship. The resulting parapet is a work of art. It is beautifully formed and robustly constructed, with neat lead joins and welding. Roof tiles were expertly refitted to compliment its lines. After 9 months and a wet winter, I can say the parapet is fully functional. We are very pleased and will be asking Steve back again to work on other areas of our roof. Rebecca from Wimborne.

My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the rethatching of our whole roof in autumn 2021. A beautiful work-of-art in the traditional Dorset style, exceptionally well constructed, that has been admired by many visitors and passers-by alike …., including chartered surveyors. Matthew and his colleague, Ollie Kennedy, are a star team. They were a joy to have on site, polite, respectful and reliable. They were hard-working throughout long hours, irrespective of the weather, and stayed on our project alone until fully completed. The job was carefully and properly explained from the outset. Contractually the terms were clear and straightforward, and the fixed price was reasonable and maintained ......., with no ‘extras’. I cannot recommend MP Thatching more highly.

Matthew and his team did a brilliant job replacing the ridge and carrying out general repairs and cleaning to the thatched roof of our cottage in Wiltshire. They arrived punctually at 7.00am every day and worked solidly throughout, completing the job in 2 weeks to our great satisfaction. Mathew was highly recommended and three years ago did some patching for us. We then booked him to re thatch the roof and were happy to wait knowing we were in good hands. He kept in touch as promised and arrived as scheduled mid March this year, 2023. He has an excellent work ethic, always prompt with time keeping, responding to calls etc and has an unflappable approach where nothing seems too much trouble. Matthew and Ollie were always punctual, considerate, polite and had attention to detail. The site was tidied up daily and thoroughly cleaned at the end. This was a complete rethatch and stayed within the very reasonable quote. They worked quickly and efficiently and to the time stated (three weeks), there was some bad weather so we were really impressed. They have done a really good job and neighbours have made very positive comments about it. In all ways, we feel we made the best decision in using MP Thatching and would recommend them. I had RV roofing come and do some work for me which I had put off for a little while. Rikki and his team where absolutely fantastic throughout the process and always kept me informed. My single story extension roof has leaked intermittently for years. The roof was stripped, trusses repaired, double felted, tiles replaced and all finishing done very professionally. A problem with the tile hanging on the back of the house was discovered so, for a very reasonable extra charge, this was also dealt with. The site was left very clean and tidy and the scaffolding removed the same day as the job was finished. I would be very happy to recommend this company to friends and family

I can highly recommend Russ and his team.
