I can highly recommend Russ and his team. We had several people to quote for our garage roof work and Russ submitted the most thorough quotation and was very good with the recommendation of tiles, advice and communication on the whole project. His staff are polite and nice people to have on your property and are very good at what they do. 100% recommend.

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Used Ross and the team following a recommendation from a neighbour. Ross was punctual and the quote provided is why we paid. All his staff were courteous and did a fantastic job repairing the verges on the house. Would definitely recommend and would 100% use again.

Excellent service from Ross -friendly, knowledgable and thorough. Most impressive was that when I picked up that part of the job was missed by his team due to ambiguity in the specification, he sent them straight back the next day to rectify it with no quibbles. Very happy with the end result.

Ross and the team were excellent from start to finish - super responsive, fast to quote and then to schedule the work after accepting the quotation (which was ideal for a leaking roof!). The work was exceptional and amazing value for money; looks perfect and the guys were really respectful of the property, tidy and friendly. I can't recommend RSM Roofing highly enough.

New roof in Ashley Heath. Have just had my bungalow reroofed by Scott's company . They did a fantastic job Reeve and his team were absolutely brilliant unfortunately my roof was in very a poor condition with rotten battens but they didn't moan they just got on with the job . From my first meeting with Scott through to completion you knew you were dealing with a very professional and competent company who finished the job in the 10 days quoted despite some very difficult weather conditions.If I ever needed any roofing work in the future I would not hesitate to use Scott and his team again if you are thinking of using them I promise you won't be disappointed

I highly recommend Scott Miles roofing Ltd. From the outset Scott was very easy to work with. A group of professional roof specialists, who poured their all into bringing our roof up to an exceptional standard. We’ve noticed the difference in the warmth on our property, due to some new soffits, insulation, cementing of apex tiles, new grade 4 lead on chimneys, apex joins from different height roofs, bay window roofs, flashings, gutters and downpipes that work! Scott brought samples of suitable tiles, rainwater furniture options and posed other roofing options as well as submitted 3 estimates for 1) essential repair, 2) partial replacement and 3) complete replacement. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept me involved in decision making as the job progressed. Scott and the team were professional at all times, fitting around other trades or jobs that needed access, often arranging to return to finish after other trades had completed their works. We did go over the estimate for maintenance and upgrading of lead work and full replacement in certain compromised areas of rotten woodwork, but that was down to our choice and after full discussion exploring alternative options and additional costs, we made the decision to not skimp. Their scaffolder of choice was also accommodating to our extended needs. They are a hard working bunch of really lovely skilled workers. The lead work carried out by Reeve is close on an artisan finish and quality. Our surveyor put them as highly commended. The Roofing, which I thought would be our biggest concern and stress point on our major property refurb, turned out to be seamless and stress free. In spite of what felt like the wettest summer on record. 2024. If you use Scott Miles Roofing Ltd, treat the team well, with refreshments, kindness and gratitude, they deserve it. Absolute gem of a trade. Quality finish, including fitting a new Velux window. Thank you all.

Contacted Scott for a small job and was impressed by the quick response. He called to look at the work to be done and gave us a very reasonable price for the repair. He booked us in within days despite a busy schedule. The job was completed as promised. Impressed with the prompt response, reasonable price and work completed. Happy to recommend and would use again if needed without hesitation.

Scott replaced our garage roof and guttering and also repaired some garden wall tiles that were damaged in a recent storm. He was friendly, professional and very tidy. Would wholeheartedly recommend him.
