Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Ross and the team were excellent from start to finish - super responsive, fast to quote and then to schedule the work after accepting the quotation (which was ideal for a leaking roof!). Redmore Roofing were professional to deal with and they've done a good, tidy job with our roof repair in a timeframe we're pleased with. I'm happy with the work that's been done. Our payment ended up being a bit higher than our estimate in the end, which wasn't ideal but the guys had to stay for longer than was anticipated on that quote to complete the work, so it was justifiable. Also, a little bit of mess was left behind in our garden where it looks like some dirt was used to prop open our gate (but in the grand scheme of things that's really quite negligible). Overall, I'd happily recommend Redmore to anyone considering them and will be calling them first if anything else needs to be done with our roof.

My original quote was for some replacement guttering, fascias and soffits requested in September 2022 after the purchase of a new house. I agreed my very reasonable quote with the lovely Christie at the office, and waited for my slot. By November, rain was freely watering my living room and a whole new set of problems came to bite me. Jory was quick to attend my frantic emergency and temporarily fixed the problem - the man was my hero of the day. After a terrible winter 2022/23 (why did I buy this house) it was very clear the roof was leaking in multiple areas and the membrane was causing condensation not picked up in the survey. Jory offered various options to allow me to fix a serious problem at an affordable price. I chose a reroof and had all the gutters, fascias and soffits renewed at the same time. All I can say is, I could not have chosen a better roofer, the man knows what he is doing. Jory and Ryan were professional but personable and made me feel safe (as a single mum). The job was completed efficiently, to a high standard (they even took away the old chimney wedged under my roof!) with attention to detail for a Victorian property. I would highly recommend Redmore Roofing for quality, price and professionalism (plus a great guarantee). I am so impressed with them, I have booked them in for another job on a flat roof, later this year!

We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

Firstly, Dean is a consummate professional from the start - friendly, honest, clear in explanation and advice. The workmanship is of the highest quality and attention to detail - we had a wooden porch roof that had given up the ghost, buckling in last summer's heat and causing leakages. Dean replaced with slate tiling that is entirely complementary with our house's roof, re-dressed with lead and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The site was tidy and Dean and his apprentice were respectful of neighbours - you wouldn't know they'd been after the scaffolding was swiftly removed after completion. Gilly is a top man. Infinitely helpful, and although I’m sure his OCD must drive him mad, having someone who has OCD and is that thorough, carefully and accurate is all this customer could want. I make YouTube videos and Gilly helped build my studio, and to raise the finish and quality of our sets. He is very honourable and not a cost-builder, which can be a concern when you need to call someone for a specialist job like roof repairs. Our stepped lead parapet gutter was completely replaced by Abbey Roofing and Preservation. The work included new plywood sub-deck, replacement support timbers where necessary and new parapet wall flashings. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and good quality craftsmanship. The resulting parapet is a work of art. It is beautifully formed and robustly constructed, with neat lead joins and welding. Roof tiles were expertly refitted to compliment its lines. After 9 months and a wet winter, I can say the parapet is fully functional. We are very pleased and will be asking Steve back again to work on other areas of our roof. Rebecca from Wimborne.
