William and his team did a fantastic job on our asphalt roofing installation. The process was smooth, and the new roof looks great. Highly recommend!

A couple of tiles from the top of our chimney had fallen off. I asked for a quote, which was in my opinion very reasonable. The repair, which involved cementing around the top of the chimney, was made quickly and efficiently.William was friendly and polite and kept me informed of everything he was doing.Thanks for a great job.

It’s rare to use the word excellent these days, but Total Restoration exceeded all expectations. From the outset, my initial call was returned within fifteen minutes. This included a discussion of the roof. I was pleasantly surprised to then be told someone would call that day, to assess the problem. The roofer Martin arrived, throughout I would discover he was completely knowledgeable and competent, and a credit to the business. Martin discussed the problem and made the facts clear what needed to be done. He advised this information would be passed to William and I would receive a quotation. All promises met, I received a call that confirmed the work to be done with a quotation. Being advised if I wished to proceed the team that attended initially, would undertake the work the following day. This was agreed. During the process of installing the new batten, Martin recognised the ridge tiles were cracking. Not only advising me, but he brought these down to show me the cracks and fully explained the problems moving forward. William contacted me and also discussed the ridge tiles, with an amended quotation; totally upfront. I agreed to these tiles being replaced for the longevity of the roof. During the process William called at the site to meet us and check if there were any further questions. This quality assurance is a great aspect to the business. Following completion of the work all debris was removed and the property left tidy. Martin was assisted by Ethan. Throughout their politeness and professionalism was refreshing, working hard at all times. A great asset and reflection of the business. Brilliant communication from William and Martin throughout; as to the job in hand. After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.

A very professional job. Work done to a high standard. Craig removed all the existing tiles from our roof and replaced the felt and battens. The tiles were then secured back onto the roof. Craig also renewed all the lead work. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and in fact already have!
