What a great service this guy provides. Contacted Dean in the morning and by the afternoon he sorted me out with a spare key for the van I just bought. Very friendly and his service was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future when needed.

Really happy with my new keys. I wanted a spare electronic key just in case. First time the new one seemed to stop my original one working and he came back a couple of weeks later and sorted it. A proper decent man. I will definitely go to him again if i ever need more keys. Highly recommend.

An incredible service messaged at 11.30am for 2 car keys to be replaced as it was getting to the point I wouldn't be able to use my car. He made an appointment for 1pm the same day and replaced both keys without me even having to leave my drive. Within 3 hours from first contact to it being done. Very friendly and a great price. Quality keys used. Even through in a spare battery.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. I agree that you responded quickly, and I was just as quick to edit the original review. Best Regards.

The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!

Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. Mechanism completely shot in it, Paul arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him, he had all the tools and parts to hand; job done in 10 minutes. Couldn’t fault him at all. Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. Absolutely fantastic service. We rang at 9am and Paul was here before lunchtime, managed to open the door and fitted a new mechanism which he had on board. Finally, a really reasonable price for the work. Cannot recommend highly enough. You have restored our faith in humanity!

SW Locksmiths was brilliant, advising me over the phone prior to arrival and then once arrived. I had a non-standard lock problem, but Paul was able to sort this and leave me secured and raring to go. This mans a top bloke and will always help and find a solution. 5 star service from Kev after our twenty year old front door was locked shut. I phoned Kev who arrived at 14:00. He gained entry without causing any damage and replaced the full mechanism. Luckily he had a spare mechanism in his van so we were all sorted and secure by 14:45. Our door will thankfully live to see a good few more years, much to my relief. Thanks Kev - great job!

If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. Tim took my phone call very early on a Monday morning and was very helpful. He arrived on time later that day keeping me updated of his estimated time of arrival. Friendly, professional and polite. He was able to repair and replace our broken exit door lock with minimal disruption. Very reasonable costs with no call out charge either. Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

I was referred to Key Tech by another locksmith company that wasn't able to help. Dean was very swift in getting back to me and I was booked in within minutes. Lee was able to cut and code my spare key for my Smart ForTwo 451 and he was very patient with the tight space he had to work with. No trouble at all for him. He explained and showed me the process on his equipment and did a full run through using both keys to show all functions working perfectly. Ideal aswell as very local to me and they could either come to you or I could go there. I opted for the latter. We had Dan come out to us today. He was very friendly and a true professional . He did a fantastic job on changing our 4 locks. Called up and operator on the phone was useful… had an engineer booked to come in 30mins, took him less than 10 mins to get into our Mercedes sprinter van which had a dead battery. Price was reasonable. Great service.
