I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. Called ASL last week to arrange a new key for my van. Was given a few dates to choose from including today. They turned up at my North Dorset based business & completed the work (making a new key) in under 30 mins. Very quick, friendly & efficient service. Very happy customer. 👍🏻👌🏻

Really can’t recommend Croma enough. Had truly exceptional service from the Albert Road branch. Very experienced staff took time to work through with me patiently the issue and how to resolve it. There was no upselling just clear, friendly, competent advice that ended in a solution provided by an engineer Tom who on time, polite and efficient. If you are Portsmouth based and have an issue with securing your property try Croma before wasting time and money elsewhere.

I had a problem lock that they managed to fix and fit a new barrel with matched keys to other doors - a great friendly service - very professional and quick turn around - thank you - do not hesitate to use they are highly recommended.

Fantastic service! We phoned several local locksmiths with no luck. Lee came from out of our area, within a short space of time, on a late Saturday afternoon. His fee was very reasonable and we can't rate his professionalism highly enough.

8 day training package, the course was delivered at a steady pace and I never felt pressured to rush the practical work, Instructor has a vast knowledge of the subject, he was always happy to answer any questions throughout the course. A deliciious free lunch every day added to the quality of the course. Overall I would recommend to anybody because you leave the course with the knowledge to start your own business or work for Keytech, and with plenty if support from the Keytech team if required.

Hands down one of the best courses I have attended. I came away with the confidence to start locksmithing straight away, having learned a plethora of new skills.
