I locked my keys in the car whilst parked at sandbanks car park. It was a busy evening and Dave came out to fix the problem. It took no time at all and he cut me a new key so I had a spare. Excellent service.

If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. Cobblers..... When I say cobblers . People who can actually repair shoes. I spent a fortune on boots,trainers bring a gardener,and they've fell apart within side three months.. One pair from JB sports £60..didn't fit.. Took them back and the smug assistant said I worn them,so no refund.. I've know got a pair of real leather boots off marketplace.,priced at £80 in the shops for fifteen..because the gent didn't like the colour...brand new.. And I will take them too this cobbles too be resoled.... And I can just add..had a duplicate key made by a young girl at timpsons.. She didn't file the burrs off..got stuck in the lock.. Where else this shop actually does the complete job.. And I trust them. I now know how much a locksmith costs per minute.....from the timpsons nightmare episode..!!!

I had front door key cut and didn't use it until my Airbnb guests left a couple of weeks later. The front door key stuck in the door. Next day I called Cobblekeys, told them, and the owner was happy to call at my door after closing time. After me struggling to get it out and failing, he got it out straight away, put some graphite on it and it worked perfectly after! He's since offered to do me a new set free of charge, next time I'm passing! What a refreshing change to get get such great good old customer service. 😊100% recommend

Recommended by a family member. Repaired my shoes very quickly. Friendly service and was happy with the price. I'm so glad I used this company to install locks in my new house. Sam assessed my house so he could order the correct size locks and he was very polite and informative when explaining the difference between 1, 2 and 3 star locks. I chose the 3 star locks as I wanted to make sure my insurance company couldn't refuse a claim if someone ever broke in. A few days later Lee visited and installed the locks. Lee was also amazing! He was super nice and installed the locks quickly. He even adjusted the hinges on a set of double doors that rubbed together when they closed. I could see that the locks Lee installed were much thicker and higher quality than the originals and the new keys were also a lot thicker. All of the locks work so much more smoothly than the originals. They turn very easily and there's no movement on any of the doors if you jostle the doorknobs when the doors are closed and locked. It's also so much easier to luck and unlock the new cylinders. And the adjustment of the double doors is incredible - I no longer have to lift the door to lock it :-) If I had purchased some cheap locks from a hardware shop they would have been cheaper, but they would never have worked as smoothly (or been as secure) as the '3 star' locks I purchased from Wessex Locksmiths. And these locks will last the entire time I own the house. Highly recommended.

Super friendly, realistic pricing. What's not to like. I needed a second key for my motorhome. Fiat wanted in excess of £300. Martin wanted £60. This is for a key with a chip embedded in it and is not something all key cutting places can do. Well Wessex can do it because it is not just a key cutting place though that is certainly on the menu. No, this is a proper locksmiths, the like of which are few and far between. If you are in this part of the world and need keys cut, door locks, safes etc etc. This is where you should head. So grateful to Martin.

The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!

Tim took my phone call very early on a Monday morning and was very helpful. He arrived on time later that day keeping me updated of his estimated time of arrival. Friendly, professional and polite. He was able to repair and replace our broken exit door lock with minimal disruption. Very reasonable costs with no call out charge either. I, cannot praise Dan enough. I contacted him when my son lost his one and only car key for his mini . Nobody seemed to want to help, the AA didn’t want to know even though he was covered for key loss, they said the didn’t do minis , and neither did BMW want to know. We didn’t know until contacting Dan that programming a new key for a mini . Involved taking out dashboard etc . Anyway he came out that same day and managed to unlock the car and produce a fully programmed new key . Don’t know what we would have done without him.

I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. We had Dan come out to us today. He was very friendly and a true professional . He did a fantastic job on changing our 4 locks. He was a wealth of knowledge and information on the subject and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would say he went above and beyond.
