Outstanding service and highly recommended. We had just arrived at our campsite and I managed to break the locker key in the lock whilst unpacking. Arrived 15 minutes after calling and managed to free the lock and cut us a new key. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

I, cannot praise Dan enough. I contacted him when my son lost his one and only car key for his mini . Nobody seemed to want to help, the AA didn’t want to know even though he was covered for key loss, they said the didn’t do minis , and neither did BMW want to know. We didn’t know until contacting Dan that programming a new key for a mini . Involved taking out dashboard etc . Anyway he came out that same day and managed to unlock the car and produce a fully programmed new key . Don’t know what we would have done without him.

I locked my keys in the car whilst parked at sandbanks car park. It was a busy evening and Dave came out to fix the problem. It took no time at all and he cut me a new key so I had a spare. Excellent service.

If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

5 star service from Kev after our twenty year old front door was locked shut. I phoned Kev who arrived at 14:00. He gained entry without causing any damage and replaced the full mechanism. Luckily he had a spare mechanism in his van so we were all sorted and secure by 14:45. Our door will thankfully live to see a good few more years, much to my relief. Thanks Kev - great job!

The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!

I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. I was referred to Key Tech by another locksmith company that wasn't able to help. Dean was very swift in getting back to me and I was booked in within minutes. Lee was able to cut and code my spare key for my Smart ForTwo 451 and he was very patient with the tight space he had to work with. No trouble at all for him. He explained and showed me the process on his equipment and did a full run through using both keys to show all functions working perfectly. Ideal aswell as very local to me and they could either come to you or I could go there. I opted for the latter. I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. I wasn’t charged a call out fee which I was grateful for. He said he was going to try and find out some more info and would call me back, which he did a couple of hours later. Just had Chris visiting to attend 2 troublesome doors. One with the locking mechanism not engaging the other a ‘dropped door’. Only phoned this morning, here by 1400 and done by 1500. We needed a new battery and a new leather watchstrap. The young lady was very helpful and courteous. The shop was very busy but she was not flustered and did not hurry us along.(my husband is disabled) I would certainly use Timpsons again and highly recommend the assistant.
