Brilliant service. I needed a new key cut and coded for my car. Quote was a third of what the main dealer wanted and the service was second to none. I like the fact that my new key is actually better than the original. I would highly recommend this business for all your lock and security needs. Well stocked shop as well. Super friendly, realistic pricing. What's not to like. I needed a second key for my motorhome. Fiat wanted in excess of £300. Martin wanted £60. This is for a key with a chip embedded in it and is not something all key cutting places can do. Well Wessex can do it because it is not just a key cutting place though that is certainly on the menu. No, this is a proper locksmiths, the like of which are few and far between. If you are in this part of the world and need keys cut, door locks, safes etc etc. This is where you should head. So grateful to Martin.

Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. Mechanism completely shot in it, Paul arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him, he had all the tools and parts to hand; job done in 10 minutes. Couldn’t fault him at all. Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

My daughter was stuck at college with my car which had a flat battery. Our key fob had no manual key in so breakdown were called to tow her back to local garage. I was recommended to try Dan and I’m so glad I was as he managed to make a key to get in then proceeded to jump start the car. So very grateful for all his help and would definitely recommend him. I had a VW Transporter with an ignition barrel that needed replacing to allow me to start the van. I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.
