Absolutely fantastic service. We rang at 9am and Paul was here before lunchtime, managed to open the door and fitted a new mechanism which he had on board. Finally, a really reasonable price for the work. Cannot recommend highly enough. You have restored our faith in humanity!

The Windowman let me down and couldn’t or wouldn’t help with a 3 year old front door they supplied. Fortunately found South West Locksmith’s and Paul was absolutely superb -excellent communication and customer service.Will definitely use again(hopefully won’t need to) - and I’ll recommend to all my friends & family.

SW Locksmiths was brilliant, advising me over the phone prior to arrival and then once arrived. I had a non-standard lock problem, but Paul was able to sort this and leave me secured and raring to go. This mans a top bloke and will always help and find a solution. Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. Keep up the good work!

Had an issue with my key fobs that were not working correctly, got in touch with Lewis and he sorted out a new fob and key, knowledgeable and great chap. I would highly recommend you give these guys a shout before going to your main dealer. Great service thank you!

I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

I locked my keys in the car whilst parked at sandbanks car park. It was a busy evening and Dave came out to fix the problem. It took no time at all and he cut me a new key so I had a spare. Excellent service.

After phoning a 24hour locksmith based in Street at 7pm on Thursday night when I broke my lock, phoning again at 11pm and a 3rd time at 7am the next day and having no one ring me back or come to fix the lock, I decided to phone Wells locks. Jamie answered the phone within a couple of rings at 8.40am. He came to my address and replaced the lock within the next hour and a half! I had a call today (Monday, 5days after my first call!!) from the original locksmith to say the job was now closed as they assumed I had got my lock fixed🤷🏼‍♀️ Rest assured I would definitely recommend Wells locks for their quick quality service and professionalism. Tim took my phone call very early on a Monday morning and was very helpful. He arrived on time later that day keeping me updated of his estimated time of arrival. Friendly, professional and polite. Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman.
