I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. I agree that you responded quickly, and I was just as quick to edit the original review. Best Regards.

Great team of people. Helped me out by providing something the VW dealers were struggling with due to lack of key fobs in the UK for a 2017 Beetle. Multiple 'We do any key' type companies didn't want to know and stated dealer only. ASL sorted it out without issue. Appreciated.

If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

8 day training package, the course was delivered at a steady pace and I never felt pressured to rush the practical work, Instructor has a vast knowledge of the subject, he was always happy to answer any questions throughout the course. A deliciious free lunch every day added to the quality of the course. Overall I would recommend to anybody because you leave the course with the knowledge to start your own business or work for Keytech, and with plenty if support from the Keytech team if required.

Hands down one of the best courses I have attended. I came away with the confidence to start locksmithing straight away, having learned a plethora of new skills. I was referred to Key Tech by another locksmith company that wasn't able to help. Dean was very swift in getting back to me and I was booked in within minutes. Lee was able to cut and code my spare key for my Smart ForTwo 451 and he was very patient with the tight space he had to work with. No trouble at all for him. He explained and showed me the process on his equipment and did a full run through using both keys to show all functions working perfectly. Ideal aswell as very local to me and they could either come to you or I could go there. I opted for the latter. I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. I wasn’t charged a call out fee which I was grateful for. He said he was going to try and find out some more info and would call me back, which he did a couple of hours later. Can’t fault the service and I would highly recommend. Thank you

Called out on a Saturday. There locksmith came in good time. Ended up having the handle and lock changed. But this was due to my choice as I didn't have time for parts to be ordered and needed it done there and then. Don't know if the price was high or low tbh. Never had this done before but it wasn't much different to what I had expected. The guy that turned up was friendly and chatty. And was very patient with my nan who has dementia.

We had Dan come out to us today. He was very friendly and a true professional . He did a fantastic job on changing our 4 locks. He was a wealth of knowledge and information on the subject and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would say he went above and beyond. So nice to have him do the job for us, we were very happy and now feel safe.
