Really can’t recommend Croma enough. Had truly exceptional service from the Albert Road branch. Very experienced staff took time to work through with me patiently the issue and how to resolve it. There was no upselling just clear, friendly, competent advice that ended in a solution provided by an engineer Tom who on time, polite and efficient. If you are Portsmouth based and have an issue with securing your property try Croma before wasting time and money elsewhere.

I had a problem lock that they managed to fix and fit a new barrel with matched keys to other doors - a great friendly service - very professional and quick turn around - thank you - do not hesitate to use they are highly recommended.

I popped in today with my key litterally snapped in half The gent was absolutely amazing managed to make me a key let me try it out (for the car) before I paid And was only £15 lowest price is been quoted anywhere (and 3 places I'd wasted my time at couldn't even do it after quotes of £50+) A friend told me about this place and they are absolutely amazing if highly recommend them to anyone for a genuine and skilled locksmith at very reasonable prices Thank you so much for helping me today

We called Safelock Locksmith as we were not sure if he was the right person to come fix the door handles and latch, and window hinges. He came the same day to have a look and gave us a quote. He returned the next day and did the repairs. Fast, efficient, good workmanship. He treated my elderly parents with respect. I would highly recommend.

We contacted Safelock Locksmiths in New Milton on 11/1/24 as our kitchen door wouldn't open / shut or lock properly . Later the same day a he came out to us at the arranged time and was able to correct the fault with the relevant replacement parts , a friendly , knowledgeable , efficient chap who we would happily recommend and use again if needed . Adrian promptly came round to sort a replacement key for my wife's car when we thought she'd lost her only key!! Luckily we found the missing key so Adrian just made us a new one (& the old key is now a spare). Far cheaper than getting fixed at a stealership & will definitely use again if we ever need new keys. Richard was really helpful in sorting me out with a spare car key for a fiat 500 last week. I made an appointment, popped over to his shop in Ringwood with the car, went for a coffee, came back and it was all done. Good price, no problems. Reccomended.

I'll keep this one simple... Called this chap Saturday and it was clear from the off he knew what he was talking about. Booked to come and sort the missing car key issue @ 1300 the next day. Turned up 10 mins early and got to work. All done and dusted within 25 mins. Charges had been disclosed prior to booking and nk hidden extras. Paid once work was done. Not cheap but provided a good service with little notice and got the job done so no complaints. Recommended

Called out on a Saturday. There locksmith came in good time. Ended up having the handle and lock changed. But this was due to my choice as I didn't have time for parts to be ordered and needed it done there and then. Don't know if the price was high or low tbh. Never had this done before but it wasn't much different to what I had expected. The guy that turned up was friendly and chatty. And was very patient with my nan who has dementia.

I was referred to Key Tech by another locksmith company that wasn't able to help. Dean was very swift in getting back to me and I was booked in within minutes. Lee was able to cut and code my spare key for my Smart ForTwo 451 and he was very patient with the tight space he had to work with. No trouble at all for him. He explained and showed me the process on his equipment and did a full run through using both keys to show all functions working perfectly. Ideal aswell as very local to me and they could either come to you or I could go there. I opted for the latter. Called up and operator on the phone was useful… had an engineer booked to come in 30mins, took him less than 10 mins to get into our Mercedes sprinter van which had a dead battery. Price was reasonable. Great service.
