Really can’t recommend Croma enough. Had truly exceptional service from the Albert Road branch. Very experienced staff took time to work through with me patiently the issue and how to resolve it. There was no upselling just clear, friendly, competent advice that ended in a solution provided by an engineer Tom who on time, polite and efficient. If you are Portsmouth based and have an issue with securing your property try Croma before wasting time and money elsewhere.
I had a problem lock that they managed to fix and fit a new barrel with matched keys to other doors - a great friendly service - very professional and quick turn around - thank you - do not hesitate to use they are highly recommended.

The gent was absolutely amazing managed to make me a key let me try it out (for the car) before I paid
And was only £15 lowest price is been quoted anywhere (and 3 places I'd wasted my time at couldn't even do it after quotes of £50+)
