David is extremely efficient, came out straight away, after my holiday home guests locked themselves out. Fixed the lock problem so it can't reoccur. Supplied and fitted a keysafe, cut extra keys, great communication throughout. Can highly recommend.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. I agree that you responded quickly, and I was just as quick to edit the original review. Best Regards.

Super friendly, realistic pricing. What's not to like. I needed a second key for my motorhome. Fiat wanted in excess of £300. Martin wanted £60. This is for a key with a chip embedded in it and is not something all key cutting places can do. Well Wessex can do it because it is not just a key cutting place though that is certainly on the menu. No, this is a proper locksmiths, the like of which are few and far between. If you are in this part of the world and need keys cut, door locks, safes etc etc. This is where you should head. So grateful to Martin.

Brilliant service. I needed a new key cut and coded for my car. Quote was a third of what the main dealer wanted and the service was second to none. I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

I was referred to Key Tech by another locksmith company that wasn't able to help. Dean was very swift in getting back to me and I was booked in within minutes. Lee was able to cut and code my spare key for my Smart ForTwo 451 and he was very patient with the tight space he had to work with. No trouble at all for him. He explained and showed me the process on his equipment and did a full run through using both keys to show all functions working perfectly. Ideal aswell as very local to me and they could either come to you or I could go there. I opted for the latter. Called out on a Saturday. There locksmith came in good time. Ended up having the handle and lock changed. But this was due to my choice as I didn't have time for parts to be ordered and needed it done there and then. Don't know if the price was high or low tbh. Never had this done before but it wasn't much different to what I had expected. The guy that turned up was friendly and chatty. And was very patient with my nan who has dementia.

I recently used Keytek to come and replace a remote key on my daughters first car,as it wasn't working. I tried to fix the problem myself by ordering a new key housing online,but it didn't wwork. I phoned them in the morning and they came out very quickly. Lee sorted the problem with a new key,which is more robust than the old one. I would highly recommend them as they were very professional and knew what they were doing.
