Top quality service from Dan, came to my rescue out of hours as I'd locked myself out of my car and got the job done swiftly at a very reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I, cannot praise Dan enough. I contacted him when my son lost his one and only car key for his mini . Nobody seemed to want to help, the AA didn’t want to know even though he was covered for key loss, they said the didn’t do minis , and neither did BMW want to know. We didn’t know until contacting Dan that programming a new key for a mini . Involved taking out dashboard etc . Anyway he came out that same day and managed to unlock the car and produce a fully programmed new key . Don’t know what we would have done without him.

The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!

Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. Mechanism completely shot in it, Paul arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him, he had all the tools and parts to hand; job done in 10 minutes. Couldn’t fault him at all. The Windowman let me down and couldn’t or wouldn’t help with a 3 year old front door they supplied. Fortunately found South West Locksmith’s and Paul was absolutely superb -excellent communication and customer service.Will definitely use again(hopefully won’t need to) - and I’ll recommend to all my friends & family.

Absolutely fantastic service. We rang at 9am and Paul was here before lunchtime, managed to open the door and fitted a new mechanism which he had on board. Finally, a really reasonable price for the work. Cannot recommend highly enough. You have restored our faith in humanity!

An incredible service messaged at 11.30am for 2 car keys to be replaced as it was getting to the point I wouldn't be able to use my car. He made an appointment for 1pm the same day and replaced both keys without me even having to leave my drive. Within 3 hours from first contact to it being done. Very friendly and a great price. Quality keys used. Even through in a spare battery.

I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. Super friendly, realistic pricing. What's not to like. I needed a second key for my motorhome. Fiat wanted in excess of £300. Martin wanted £60. This is for a key with a chip embedded in it and is not something all key cutting places can do. Well Wessex can do it because it is not just a key cutting place though that is certainly on the menu. No, this is a proper locksmiths, the like of which are few and far between. If you are in this part of the world and need keys cut, door locks, safes etc etc. This is where you should head. So grateful to Martin.
