Good old fashioned service from skilled professional people who don't just talk themselves up but are genuinely experts and know what they are doing. I've been there to the shop several times now and there are never any dramas. They're always on the ball and know what they're talking about. They also saved me money and explained that I didn't need a new mortise lock as the issue was with the key , not the lock.I also needed an extra fob recently and they programmed a new one in a matter of seconds and it worked perfectly. It's very rare nowadays to find a company that's consistently reliable and professional but Callow locksmiths really are exactly that. Prices are reasonable too. Long may they continue.

I was recommended this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. I have recently moved house and needed all my locks changed. From the beginning to the end all team members that attended my property were extremely professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. There were a few technical issues which their expertise and experience helped solve. Communication throughout the installation was excellent as it was a big job that required a number of visits and everything was sorted out promptly. A specific mention regarding Marlon and his team. That man is a perfectionist and is not happy until you are happy.

Perfect service! I required a new lock on the front door after the original broke, I was able to easily arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed with extra keys provided. Absolutely brilliant service. My mum suffers with dementia and her carers lost/took her keys. I was worried who had her keys and could enter her property and we needed the locks changed asap. 2 door locks were replaced and spare keys cut. Even sorted out a heavy closing door. They didn't leave until they were satisfied my mum knew how to use the new locks. Great service and a very good price. Great communication throughout and even afterwards. I would 100% recommend. When I explained my situation, he didn’t come out with silly prices just because he could, instead he suggested a very reasonable solution rather than just say we need to replace the whole thing that would cost an arm and a leg like I got from some others. Excellent and quick service! Despite needing assistance on the evening of New Years Day, a locksmith was with me in 30minutes. I phoned up to explain the issue, and a plan of action was discussed (quoted prices included), then the locksmith came to carry out the plan we’d agreed. The team at junction response are brilliant! We were locked out of our flat out of hours in the evening.
