Not only did he handle my issues with so much patience and care, he was so informative about locks and provided so much knowledge around safety when using them. We called Anthony when we needed to quickly change our lock as he had done some previous work on the flat that we were happy with. Anthony provided a quote for my Siegenia push slide tilt balcony door when the internal mechanism failed and it was locked in the closed position. The manufacturer recommended him as a local service provider. He worked with the manufacturer and local experts to fault find the issue over the phone, ordered the parts before coming and brought in other expertise to fix my door in one visit (approx 5 hrs) saving me the cost of a call out and inspection. After I contacted two other companies and didn’t get straight answers to what I’d say was simple questions I landed on Van lock fitting ad on Facebook. Stephen came to our new home today to change the locks on our doors. What a fabulous guy. He was so approachable and explained everything professionally and wanted me to check I was happy with his work before he left. He tried very hard to work at our patio door but it being an old door and mis alignment it was impossible to fix. I would definitely highly recommend Stephen as he is not overly priced and he does a fantastic job.

Stephen did a great job getting me into my property after the lock failed. He came to the property within 10 minutes of calling him. He is very considerate and will give you an indication of cost up front and talk you through what he is doing and why he is doing it. Great communication and a great experience. I called in the morning of new year's eve having been referred by the Renault service centre as I needed to get my car key fixed urgently.
