I recently needed a brand-new key coded for my BMW, and after being turned down by several locksmiths because I bought the key myself, I found The Master Locksmith. Great young guy who managed to sort out 7 keys for me. These were all different types and two sets were done within 10mins. The location is easy to get to as it is near the Asda and inside the car park. I was able to pay by card, which was very convenient. Price was reasonably and I should be back to get more keys cut soon.

I could not be happier with the service from G K Locksmiths, they are easily the best company I have dealt with while renovating my house, if I could award more than 5 stars I would and so I wanted to write them a detailed review! Quote: I spoke to 3 locksmith companies in total, G K Locksmiths quote came in the cheapest, and unprompted they provided the British Standard regulatory numbers to which their locks comply. On top of this, I was getting a thumb-turn installed and had initially planned to have it on the bottom lock of my two lock door, G K locksmiths rang up and explained it would be cheaper to install the thumb-turn on the upper lock as it means I could keep my brass handles and plates on the bottom lock, this saved me nearly £100 despite that being a loss in profit for them! Installation: When it came to installation G K Locksmiths were able to come to my house first-thing at 8.30 am so I could fit in the appointment before going to work and not have to take any time off. Rob, who installed my locks was a really nice, knowledgable, friendly bloke. The lock installation was top quality and Rob even advised me on where to get an extra set of keys cut closer to my house than G K Locksmiths office. As an example of the quality of work Rob provided, even though we were reusing my plates and handles on the bottom lock, he still took them off and straightened them so that they are more aesthitacly pleasing. Finally, I work in green-materials and recycling and when I got chatting to Rob about this he told me that G K Locksmiths recycle all their scrap metal and brass, along with the cardboard and plastic the locks come in which is great to hear! Overall: Great Service, great people, great value for money. Couldnt be happier

I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a lock changed.

I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. William was excellent. Came out promptly, clearly knows what he's doing. A really nice guy too! We'd called out another so called "locksmith" beforehand who turned out to be a right conman, tried to tell us it was impossible to unlock the door and he'd have to drill out the lock, which was utter BS. So when William turned up you immediately felt he was someone who could be trusted, and he managed to unlock the door without damaging anything. Highly recommend!

Called this morning - 30-01-23 to see if locksmiths was open as my key broke in the door last night when closing it. Absolutely reliable. Said he would be open at 10am. When I arrived later, he was indeed there and cut me two keys for a reasonable price. Only charged £4 per key. Very quick and efficient. Got home, tested both keys, both work well, both opening and locking the door. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend!
