Mo and his colleague installed 7 new radiators at our place and did a fantastic job. He takes care in his work and his attention to detail ensures the customer is happy. Even though we had some challenges in getting the radiators onto the walls, Mo persisted and got everything working and has made our house warm and cozy. He's not one to rush the job and left our place very clean and tidy. Both Mo and his colleague are extremely knowledgeable and I won't hesitate to use their services again when we need further plumbing and heating work.

Ben is fantastic and very professional. Ben fitted for us a water conditioner, did the flushing of the boiler and its annual service. I highly recommend Ben and his services, they are excellent at what they do, really professional and at reasonable prices. Our shower was leaking into our poor neighbors room and we had called someone else before but they didn't manage to fix it. Ben came immediately the next day, assessed the situation and explained the whole process in steps and what is required and got to the bottom of the problem. He fixed up a new shower and everything that was wrong with it and it's been a few weeks now, and no leakage at all! Thank you for saving us Ben!

We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Mayu did a really great job and has shown to be particularly trustworthy. He will be the first trader I call if I have problems with my boiler again. Before I called him, I had a different company come to diagnose why my boiler is dripping. They gave me a really high quote. I called Mayu for a second opinion. His quote based on the other companies diagnosis was way cheaper. In the end I only paid half Mayu's quote, because the diagnosis of the other company was wrong. Instead of charging me for what he quoted, he was honest and only charged me for the easier fix that was needed. Definitely recommend him.

Excellent service and communication. Sorted out a tricky install without fuss. Made things look neat and tidy, where others said it was impossible. Went out of the way to get bespoke parts when our old install threw in some surprises. And came back without question to fix a snag. Will definitely be using The Boiler Dude again.
