Amar provided excellent service to me recently. I needed a new boiler installed in my rental property on short notice and he was extremely responsive, efficient and reliable. He was also understanding about having to wait for some time before the tenant was able to let him into the building due to a misunderstanding. Amar and his team did a completely new boiler, radiator and thermostatic heating system installation. Prior to the installation Amar did a thorough consultation and assessment which resulted in great advice and a competitive quotation. The Installation was smooth and efficiently executed. Amar and his team went above and beyond to get the job done which I am very grateful. Amar returned the day after the installation to double check everything was running properly. Needed a boiler replacement and was very happy with Amar and his colleague. They were efficient, did a great job and were also able to advise on the upgrades to our plumbing system. Amar was also able to identify some fixes to our water heating, something a number of other gas and plumbing specialists failed to tell us on the previous visits to our house. His services are also priced fairly competitive. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional and very good service. Fabio came to help me with a leaking and servicing my boiler and instead trying to take as much money as he could, like other plumbers in the trade would do, he helped me to save money and ended up paying less than what I would pay with other company. His job was also excellent, he is very knowledgeable about boilers and new systems. 100% recommended

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it. He has restored our faith in tradesmen again. The company also seemed very professional. Thank you

A top level service from start to finish. Scarlett was super helpful in getting the quotes arranged and works booked in. The electrician, Luke, was highly professional and skilled at then undertaking the works over a few days (fuse board and rewire). Luke was very friendly and was always more than happy to talk through the various options and best approach during the works - with the works being undertaken to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had David come over to help with some plumbing issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He replaced our showers and checked the hot water cylinder, sorting out everything quickly and efficiently. David was not only thorough in his work but also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear he knows his trade inside and out, and I appreciated how he explained what he was doing as he went along. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again or recommend him to others. We have used Switched On since we moved into the area 2 years ago and they have always been so helpful with all our plumbing and electrical needs. Luke the electrician is the best and we always ask for him as he is so efficient, honest and friendly. We trust him completely and have never had any issues with the many visits he has done to our home. My only small critique is having to always pay for the hour of work when you might only need 1 or 2 things doing, so we tend to wait until we have more jobs so we can utilise the entire hour. Nonetheless, the work is always done to a great standard. Thank you team!

We just used Switched On London's services to fit a new plug socket and spotlights in our hallway and they were absolutely fantastic! Luke was with us for a day and a half and did a brilliant job of the work, every small detail was carefully taken care of and the finish was amazing. Luke was really kind, communicative and shared all the relevant info with us we needed. Would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!

Gavin has been an exceptional plumber for us. Since installing our system when our house was renovated seven years ago, he has always done his best to help us on the odd occassion there has been an issue. Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

I was recommended Aren by a friend and was not disappointed. I needed a boiler service and my usual plumber was booked up for months, so contacted Aren and had an informative response within 15 minutes. Kel is an amazing plumber.. I had concerns about the length of the job as other plumbers had indicated it would take 3 hours at least (to fix a leaking sink and cut a radiator pipe which first needed to have the system fully drained)... I was also concerned that the creamy carpets would be left dirty after the work. Kel wrapped up the work in just over 2 hours and left things spotless.. I can tell that he takes great pride in delivering top notch service and doesn't just treat it like a job. I also noticed him cleaning his tools after completing the job (which in my opinion shows that he is meticulous). I was keen to learn more about plumbing and he took the effort to walk me through the steps that he was taking to remedy each task. Ultimately, if you are looking for an honest plumber with a superb skillet, he's your go-to guy.

I called Britannia to look into a leak on a shared gutter that had been ongoing for several years and not properly addressed by other roofing contractors. As soon as the team arrived they took time to examine the roof, taking pictures and providing a thorough assessment of the issue. The team highlighted that the enclosed and tight nature of the roof and gutter meant that water was not being dispersed resulting in overflow into both properties. Paul and the team set to work in stripping the affected area rebuilding the enclosed valley and lining both roofs so that rain water could only escape through the gutter. Throughout the works the team took photos, videos and water tested all all stages. Since the work was completed we have had several heavy downpours and the roof is bone dry with no more leaks. If you have any roofing needs then I could not recommend Britannia more highly in every aspect of work from the identification of the issue, communication, testing and quality of workmanship and materials.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Britannia Roofing to anyone. I spoke to Paul who confirmed a date and time to quote on my roofing work. Paul arrived on time and was so informative as to the issues with my roof, after he fully assessed the problem. He was on my roof for over 20 minutes making sure all the repairs needed were detailed to me. He gave me a date and time for the work to commence, detailed the issues and what work was needed to rectify those issues, then game me a written quotation. On starting the work, Pail and his team arrived promptly and started work immediately. His teams were so polite and professional at all times. The work was completed to a great standard, on time and at the price quoted. Before they left, all read were swept up and clean. I would like to thank Paul and his team for a job well done.
