I've used Jamie a couple of times for plumbing work and he's reliable, punctual and really thorough. He came and fixed my boiler at short notice and I found him to be trustworthy and provided of photos of everything he did.

I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service I received from Jamie. He recently installed a Hive thermostat, water softener, and carbon monoxide detector in our home, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Not only was the installation done quickly and professionally, but Jamie also took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I was comfortable with the new systems. The attention to detail and expertise were top-notch, and the whole experience was stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber. Five stars all the way!

Jamie arrived exactly when he said he would, worked steadily and tidily and is obviously knowledgeable about his craft. I have a number of jobs which need doing (but which I've been putting off) which I've talked to Jamie about sorting out in the new year. No hesitation in recommending Jamie.

We have been using Jamie for a number of years now to do some jobs at our property that we own and rent out . He has fitted a couple of Saniflo pumps and also helped up several times identify leaks and fixing them and with every single job he has done for us the workmanship has been of a very high standard . Jamie is a real professional who knows his trade and we can only highly recommend his services. He is a gentleman and a really nice guy, honest with high integrity and very reliable. When he tells you he will arrive at a certain time he will actually arrive at that time . An excellent trades person like Jamie is hard to find these days and I will pick him any day over the big companies and the many rip off merchants that are out there for any works that we need doing .

had an emergency last night when a major leak flooded my kitchen, and I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber to come to the rescue. Not only did he arrive promptly to stop the leak and prevent further damage, but he returned today to ensure everything was thoroughly fixed. Was transparent with everything too. He even helped me remove a door, which was way beyond his remit, showing how much he genuinely cared about getting everything back to normal for me. As a woman alone with a child, I also felt completely comfortable and supported throughout. He was not only highly skilled and professional but also kind and easy to get along with. He even took the time to inform me about a couple of people on Checkatrade who are dodgy, showing he genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being and not just the job. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service—highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

I'm glad I chose Aren Heating & pluming. They was able to send out a gas engineer to Install my brand new cooker. Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

Really helpful and professional service. They responded within an hour of my call and reassured me that my boiler could be repaired that day. I was worried about the cost because of the strain that the COVID-19 pandemic has put on me financially but the good people of Battersea and Clapham Plumbing were so understanding and charged me a more than acceptable price for the great service and repair that was carried out so well and professionally by them. Great service from booking through to completion. The engineer that came explained everything she carried out, showing me pictures and thee inside of our HVAC unit. Making payment was very easy and the bill wasn't eye watering as some companies had quoted much higher.

I rang Polkadot Plumbers on a Tuesday to rectify a problem created by another plumbing company. They arranged for Liam to come on the Wednesday evening. He came and diagnosed a problem with a kitchen tap cartridge and repaired it quickly with a replacement part I had picked up. This eliminated the constant squealing and dripping left from the previous company. Liam was extremely helpful and fast in correcting the problem. Liam also clearly explained what was happening. I would definitely use Polkadot and Liam again.

I recently hired National Plumbing to re-do the piping and plumbing for our new bathroom, that was not adequately completed by the previous builder and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were professional, on time, were able to understand the faults and were highly knowledgeable. Colin and his son were great. Very friendly and professional. They replaced our boiler and sorted out the plumbing and installed new radiators. It was all done very quick, they were clean and tidy and the pipe work was very neat and top spec. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend them enough - professional, capable and thorough. Colin arrived with 10 mins when called for a burst pipe and a flood. He sorted it in minutes but had the the sense of mind to film the extent of the damage, record the cause and communicate throughout. This really helps with insurance claim. I was not there and he made a very stressful situation manageable. I will only be using CW in future and can not recommend them enough! fantastic company.

Colin came to the rescue of my 83 year old mother who had repeated problems with no hot water or heating. In total, six British Gas engineers failed to find the problem and Colin in his first visit worked it out. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I've been going to Heat Plex for all my boiler repairs and servicing for over six years and would use no one else now. Joe and the team are communicative, considerate, clear, and hard-working, and generally nice to have about the place! And the pricing is very fair. Heat Plex have done an outstanding job. I have had a major leak that has accumulated over years resulting in the ceiling and walls caving in, rot and mould. The team did a brilliant job, obviously sorted it all, all the time being very communicative, updating me along the way, collaboratively working with me with any issues and relevant work. Vasil promptly came out to help with a broken boiler. A proper heating engineer, he clearly knew the ins and outs of the boiler, and was quick to diagnose the problem (albeit sadly the boiler was coming to the end of it's life). Accompanied by Ryan, an apprentice (it was good to see a company supporting the apprentice scheme), both were very helpful and informative in patiently explaining how and what to do to prolong the life of the boiler until it's replacement. Really impressed and would recommend.
