A really professional yet personal approach. I found Northcote Plumbers on CheckaTrade and from my first call with the owner onwards they have been great to deal with. They were able to get an engineer out quickly to do Gas Safety certificate and checks. Their engineer was on time, very experienced and friendly to deal with. I would definitely recommend to friends and use them again

Out of hours callout to fix pipework leak. Arrived within the hour, leak fixed in about 30 minutes, engineer lovely & completely competent. Have used Northcote two or three times, always happy, do highly recommend them.

Really helpful and professional service. They responded within an hour of my call and reassured me that my boiler could be repaired that day. I was worried about the cost because of the strain that the COVID-19 pandemic has put on me financially but the good people of Battersea and Clapham Plumbing were so understanding and charged me a more than acceptable price for the great service and repair that was carried out so well and professionally by them. Truly excellent service. Came round very quickly and fixed boiler instantly. When I had a later issue (as a result of my incompetence!) he even came round free of charge and wouldn't accept payment (despite my insistence). Couldn't recommend enough!

I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.

Joe came to help with a few electrical issues we were having and was super helpful! He was communicative, punctual, and got the work done efficiently. We will definitely use MAINTRACTS again!

After Pimlico Plumbers incorrectly advised that my boiler was beyond repair and needed a full replacement costing over £11,000, I sought a second opinion: Daniel from Maintracts quickly and accurately identified the real issue—a faulty part that could be easily repaired. The total repair cost was only £494, including the new part and labor! Daniel’s professional, prompt and honest assessment not only saved me from the unnecessary and costly replacement suggested by Pimlico Plumbers, but also showcased his exceptional expertise. Thanks to Daniel, I avoided a significant financial burden!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

Needed a boiler replaced urgently (leaking and not providing hot water). The guys at Pulse were excellent - came and surveyed gave me good advice and steered me away from some more expensive options to a cost effective solution. When they came they arrived on time and worked all day to finish the job quickly! Would highly recommend.

I rang Polkadot Plumbers on a Tuesday to rectify a problem created by another plumbing company. They arranged for Liam to come on the Wednesday evening. He came and diagnosed a problem with a kitchen tap cartridge and repaired it quickly with a replacement part I had picked up. This eliminated the constant squealing and dripping left from the previous company. Liam was extremely helpful and fast in correcting the problem. Liam also clearly explained what was happening. I would definitely use Polkadot and Liam again.

Thoroughly recommend Polkadot Plumbers for quick and efficient service. But don't forget they also have electricians and one of theirs guys did a very speedy job this morning sorting out an LED problem. And they are very nice people to deal with!

Heat Plex have done an outstanding job. I have had a major leak that has accumulated over years resulting in the ceiling and walls caving in, rot and mould. The team did a brilliant job, obviously sorted it all, all the time being very communicative, updating me along the way, collaboratively working with me with any issues and relevant work. They were very fair and transparent with pricing. Highly reccomend the team.

The experience with HeatPlex was very good. The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient. We discussed a number of points about the boiler and highlighted some things that will need to be done by me. He was very professional. A small but very important point, he took his shoes off at the door unprompted (we’re a shoe free house) which I thought showed great respect.

Vasil promptly came out to help with a broken boiler. A proper heating engineer, he clearly knew the ins and outs of the boiler, and was quick to diagnose the problem (albeit sadly the boiler was coming to the end of it's life). Accompanied by Ryan, an apprentice (it was good to see a company supporting the apprentice scheme), both were very helpful and informative in patiently explaining how and what to do to prolong the life of the boiler until it's replacement. Really impressed and would recommend.

I've been going to Heat Plex for all my boiler repairs and servicing for over six years and would use no one else now. Joe and the team are communicative, considerate, clear, and hard-working, and generally nice to have about the place! And the pricing is very fair.
