Darek has been my boiler engineer for a few years. He came recommended and I am very pleased with all the work he has done for me. When you have an appointment with him he keeps it and is good at communicating his time of arrival. He came same day a few times when I had an emergency. He is very honest and would tell me to contact the manufacturer if the boiler had a fault and was in warranty. I have recommended him to a few people who are also happy with his service. Great service. They were initial subcontracted as part of a building project to move a boiler, but I actually got them to re do the whole heating and hot water system! And then got them back this week to put in a new shower unit above the bath. So would 100% recommend to others. Straight talking, hard working, high quality professionals - so probably not the cheapest you can find but definitely competitive pricing.

Jason from Villa Plumbing & Heating helped increase the water pressure in the shower after the pump had broken. He was upfront about all costs and efficient in fixing the problem. We had brought in another plumber before , who seemed to mention problems and obstacles. Jason had a very can-do approach to the whole scenario. I would like to say very big thank you so much to Jason from villa plumbing and heating limited. I have an old bax boiler and Jason thoroughly cleaned it out for me and got the pilot light working again. Very reasonable call out fee and charges. Absolutely no cowboys here . I thoroughly recommend this company and this gentleman don't go anywhere else. Fabio came to help me with a leaking and servicing my boiler and instead trying to take as much money as he could, like other plumbers in the trade would do, he helped me to save money and ended up paying less than what I would pay with other company. We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it. He has restored our faith in tradesmen again. The company also seemed very professional. Thank you

We had a great experience with Master Handyman to full remodel our kitchen along with a few electrical-related upgrades at our house. He designed and constructed all the kitchen cabinets with the new granite kitchen countertops and tile backsplash as well as installed recessed lights, washer and dryer circuits, main panel upgrade and outlets. The project manager, Frank, was incredible to work with. He was super professional and answered all our questions and concerns during the process and offered several helpful suggestions about how to approach the changes. I would highly recommend Master Handyman to anyone due to the level of professionalism and attention we received.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I called yesterday. Spoke with Baki, and told him that our radiators weren't working. He came over within the hour to have a look. Tinkered with our boiler, gave us a diagnosis. This (freezing cold) morning I woke up turned on the heating and we have working radiators. Baki also mentioned that we *need* to flush out our system which we call him to do in the new year. Yari is such a good plumber, I would highly recommend. Very efficient and honest. My heating wasn’t working and I have a newborn baby, so he kindly fitted me in really quickly and got it fixed that day, which was great.

We called Matt out for an emergency as a hot water pipe joint had popped off and flooded our hallway and kitchen. He was with us quickly, and was calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He quickly identified the issue with minimal additional damage to the property and had us back up and running in 90 minutes. He was exactly what we needed in that moment, and provided a full report early the next day that helped with our insurers. Massive 5 stars.

Had a whole new system installed, new boiler, new radiators and a reworking of most of the pipework as also wanted the boiler moved to a more convenient place. Matthew and his team worked tirelessly and figured out all the complications with upgrading my decades old system. I now have a much better water flow and toasty home ready for the winter. Completed quickly and efficiently and very friendly and professional guy, did a lot of prep work with me before it started and I would highly recommend him for your project or repair.

After two British Gas engineers had failed to diagnose the problem that was causing my boiler to fail to start, I contacted Mathew at Master Plumbing Service following a personal recommendation. He fitted me in within a couple of days and immediately diagnosed the problem (a failing pump). I have just had my boiler replaced and couldn't have asked for better service. Adam and Lex were polite, efficient and and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them both.

I came across Adam and flush plumbing & heating via Valiant as we needed to get a new boiler due to our ideal boiler one down. Adam was able to quote over email with photos of the existing boiler and set up and his price was the best of all the quotes I received. Research into the positive reviews made me decide to go with Adam and I am glad I did. He arrived when he said he would and removed the old boiler and installed our new Valiant boiler within the day which was one of the coldest days of the winter. He also balanced our radiators and now the whole house heats evenly. I would recommend Adam for any boiler work you need done and will contact him again for any future plumbing or heating jobs.
