I am so glad to see Dr Harleen and dental nurse lady today. Because of my previous experience in other dental practice made me extremely nervous to go to dentist. But Dr Harleen made me so relax and calm while she checking and everything went so smoothly. The dentist Luke Levy and his lovely nurse were nothing but 100% professional. Exceptionally friendly, welcoming and informative throughout the appointment, immediately putting me at ease, talking me through every step of the process and making someone who carries dental childhood trauma with them feel very relaxed, which I never thought would be possible! I cannot recommend this dentist more highly from the friendly reception staff who always greet you with a smile and to whom are very helpful to the actual dentist and nurse, who work brilliantly together, even humming along to the radio whilst at work, it was a very pleasant appointment!!

I’ve visited the practice a few times for different treatments and each time have received a friendly welcome by the team. Today I saw Dr Jameel to have 2 old silver fillings removed and replaced with composite filling. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless. Him and the team all had a gentle approach and explained every step of the procedure which helped ease my nerves. My new fillings blend perfectly with my teeth and I highly recommend Dr Jameel and his team. Thank you!

From the moment that I called them, everyone made me feel welcome. Had an appointment that attended my timing. By the way, I had booked two sessions back to back and after consultation, it was decided that I only needed one. So, in my opinion, they are really concerned with our well being instead just the money. I definitely recommend!

I had a hygiene appointment here and had never been to this dentist before - Ms Mortazavi the hygienist was amazing-I explained initially that I was anxious as my pain threshold is low- she was really gentle kept asking if I was okay- she took her time and gave me breaks. She explained what she was and would be doing at every step. The nurse was also great- as was Aryan on the phone - really friendly practice that go over and above! I have referred my sister already.

I have been a patient of Dr Dariush Hoshyar for many years and recently I decided to go through the Invisalign process using Dariush. He has always been a pleasure to deal with and I couldn't be happier with the end result and was definitely worth the time and money. I would definitely recommend him if anyone else was considering using Invisalign.

It was my first time visiting this clinic and overall experience was simply amazing! I fell yesterday and managed to break my tooth and had other issues, and got an appointment with this clinic right away. The staff was friendly, especially Ronia, Andrea and Hamid, who were super supportive and helpful, shared lots of useful and helpful information and calmed me down that everything is going to be fine! Loved the clinic itself - so clean, modern and welcoming! I have never seen a clinic like that, especially for the dentists! Fantastic and professional experience right from the get go. You walk in a get welcomed with the hugest smile from Olga, on reception which instantly eases your nerves if you’re afraid of the dentist like I am. You receive reminders via text/email of any up and coming appointments and a phone call the day before, which is brilliant if you have a busy schedule. But more to the point, the dental work is top tier. I’ve had Invisalign for around 6 months, followed by composite bonding on 8 of my teeth. Khalil performed the procedures from start to finish and everything was performed to perfection just like my new smile. I must give Oscar a mention also, as he spoke me through step by step and was most helpful on helping me make certain decisions. Banning dental are Very, very reasonably priced, to the extent I travelled way out of my home town for every visit. Money well spent I say, and I would most definitely highly recommended them. I'm new to this practice, and so far, my experience has been great. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Had a fantastic consultation with Daniel, who made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was given lots of options and plenty of time to think about what I wanted to do going forward. I really like the fact that they seem to be as uninvasive as possible while still being thorough with your health and well-being as the main concern. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I’ve tried several dentists in London, but this one is exceptional! From the start, the receptionist, Mansi, went above and beyond. Despite it being a busy month, she patiently gave me all the available slots and helped me find the most convenient time. She even explored the possibility of rescheduling another patient to accommodate my request for back-to-back appointments. I truly appreciated her effort. The hygiene appointment was smooth and incredibly comfortable. The hygienist provided personalized guidance, explaining which tools would work best for my teeth and how to use them effectively. The check-up was equally outstanding. The dentist didn’t rush and took his time to explain every detail about my teeth. Although my teeth are healthy, he pointed out subtle brushing habits he noticed during the check-up and highlighted potential risks to my gums that other dentists had overlooked. Both the hygienist and dentist recommended the most affordable and effective tools for me to use at home—without trying to sell their own products. Coming from a country with a high-quality dental system, I didn’t think I’d find the same standard of care in the UK. However, this experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled to have found such an exceptional clinic!

I have found this jewel close to my house. The service and treatment are absolutely brilliant, no long wait to get treatment done. Receptionist is very helpful and a phone away to support you. No need to fill endless useless online forms to get an appointment, here you get to speak to a person who understand your requirements, need and work with you to find a common solution. Went with my daughter for a check up. It was one of the most calmest dentist experiences I have had (think my daughter nearly fell asleep) & she is normally scared of dentists. The dentist took so much time to check her teeth & to explain his thoughts on her treatment. Overall a brilliant experience, not something I thought I would say when visiting a dentist.

Part 1 I fear Dentists with a passion from horrible past experiences and I mean horrible but I was educated today with a Wisdom tooth extraction! They put my anxiety at ease and before I knew, it was out! I was gobsmacked! No pun intended 😉 There professionalism is outstanding! They have made my month! ❤️Part 2 Right guys! The long and short of it! I've just come back from clubbing and the day before my wisdom tooth was extracted and I am obviously a bit tipsy! I was told by my dentist doctor at no expense that and he did emphasised no drinking, smoking and etc and I did it all and all night I was anticipating pain to ruin my whole night at any stage! This just tells me the Craftsmanship of these guys! I've been irresponsible and went against everything I was told not to do because that's me and seriously it's been 18 hours since my tooth extraction and I have no pain whatsoever this tells me how skillful and really gifted these magicians really are! I complained about the price but I was really stupid to even question it and the reason is and I'm being totally honest they really are priceless! I guarantee you that they have really proved a point that in my opinion they're shiphot not like most hedgefund Dentists who couldn't give a flying fook! Thank you guys! It's nice having a nutter reviewing for a change! I must emphasise that this is a unbiased review! I'm pondering how many are going to laugh over this review but don't forget that drink always extracts the truth! Joking aside I really promise you that these guys basically are the best! X

I’ve seen Dr Malik twice now for treatment and both times she has been fantastic. She instantly calmed any nerves that I had and took care during the appointments to make sure I was comfortable. I never thought I’d be leaving the dentist with a smile on my face but she somehow even made the appointment “fun”! Truly the best dentist I’ve ever been too, I can’t recommend her enough.

Hafsa and Safa were really friendly, welcoming and made me feel really comfortable during my visit. I’ve had past experiences at other dental practices that have left me slightly apprehensive. However the manner in which I was talked to, and the way in which they answered and explained all my questions and queries was extremely reassuring. Not only was the staff amazing, but the facility was clean, and the practice was very professional. Not only am I confident for my next dental visit, I am looking forward to it.

I found South Ealing Dental Practice online when looking for a hygienist appointment, booked in with Aayush Baidar!! He is the best I’ve ever been too and puts you at ease for those who are nervous, which I am. I felt so at ease with him, i asked about orthodontic treatment, he told me his colleagues at the practice were great and I should speak to them. When leaving the practice, the lovely receptionist seconded his sentiments, I went home and shortly thereafter made an appointment to see the orthodontist. The check up, braces consultation was fine but where things started not to go so right was signing the finance plan. The orthodontist did not ask me what payment term I would like, I was just handed a form at reception to sign (it was for 12 months). I didn’t say anything, I wanted a shorter payment term - I merely asked if I could overpay each month, she confirmed that was fine. So I signed. The first month came, I paid, but after the appointment when rebooking the next appointment at reception I was asked for payment. I was confused as I had already made a payment earlier in the same month, so I spoke to the dentist he said I needed to pay after each appointment. I countered said I thought I needed to pay once each month, he said no “I said after the appointment”. This was not what I signed or recalled, I felt humiliated and made to feel like a cheat. I had just fixed my braces, so felt anxious this was the start of a long journey. So the next few months I was making monthly payments between 2/4 times more than required. However, again after my most recent appointment the (lovely) receptionist asked me for payment of the remaining balance on my account, bear in mind I started treatment in June 2024 and signed a 12minth payment plan and have under 30% remaining to pay! I actually thought she was joking, she then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t (the last payment I made was 2 weeks before for x2 the required amount). I then continued to laugh and said the dentist must be joking, I’m way ahead on my 12 month payment plan. She advised this was the note he sent. I am not sure why the practice offers a finance plan but then demands more payment. This really needs to stop, it causes a lot of embarrassment. Regrading the actual service, the hygienist and receptionist are absolutely lovely and were right - I cannot fault the dental service I have received. But he needs to improve on communicating the clinics expectation to patients and understand what has been offered and signed.

I had the bottom jaw implants done 15 years ago by Dr Pavan. Had no problems since and they have been perfect. I have recommended the practice to other people.

Doctor Pavan has been my dentist over 4 years now. My outlook about visiting the dentist and having a painful experience has completely changed after my appointments with Doctor Pavan. I have had multiple root canal treatments with him and he has made it as easy as it could get. He is very meticulous with his work. And makes sure you are getting the best results out of any of his treatments. He explains the details of what the issues are, what may have caused it and how he will be fixing it, which makes you confident whilst sitting nervously on the chair. His staff is very friendly and makes you feel as comfortable as he does. For anyone who is looking for a good dentist who is thorough with his job do visit Pavan Bopanna. My elderly mother of 96yrs recently visited Shades, Dr Hudda for some new false teeth. Reception staff also helpful as mum has a mobility issue. Hudda explained the entire process and told us what to expect. Mother is so happy with her replacement dentures, such a good and comfortable fit. Cannot recommend Shades Clinic highly enough.
