I’ve seen Dr Malik twice now for treatment and both times she has been fantastic. She instantly calmed any nerves that I had and took care during the appointments to make sure I was comfortable. I never thought I’d be leaving the dentist with a smile on my face but she somehow even made the appointment “fun”! Truly the best dentist I’ve ever been too, I can’t recommend her enough.

I had an appointment with Dr Ming yesterday and I can only speak incredibly highly of her and her nurse. I have had significant gum pain, bleeding and sensitivity for the past 3 months and had seen another dentist in another practice twice with no relief, despite following good oral hygiene practice. But after Dr Ming’s treatment, there is no pain and bleeding already! She took the time to listen to my concerns at the beginning of the consultation, was incredibly thorough and skilled during treatment, and both her and her nurse were very reassuring- ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Dr Ming also took the time to show me good dental hygiene techniques and make recommendations. Today is the first day in 3 months I can eat without experiencing pain. I also noticed how friendly and kind the receptionists were to the patients as I was waiting for my appointment. The practice itself is very clean and organised, staff are professional and positive- very happy with my experience!

Part 1 I fear Dentists with a passion from horrible past experiences and I mean horrible but I was educated today with a Wisdom tooth extraction! They put my anxiety at ease and before I knew, it was out! I was gobsmacked! No pun intended 😉 There professionalism is outstanding! They have made my month! ❤️Part 2 Right guys! The long and short of it! I've just come back from clubbing and the day before my wisdom tooth was extracted and I am obviously a bit tipsy! I was told by my dentist doctor at no expense that and he did emphasised no drinking, smoking and etc and I did it all and all night I was anticipating pain to ruin my whole night at any stage! This just tells me the Craftsmanship of these guys! I've been irresponsible and went against everything I was told not to do because that's me and seriously it's been 18 hours since my tooth extraction and I have no pain whatsoever this tells me how skillful and really gifted these magicians really are! I complained about the price but I was really stupid to even question it and the reason is and I'm being totally honest they really are priceless! I guarantee you that they have really proved a point that in my opinion they're shiphot not like most hedgefund Dentists who couldn't give a flying fook! Thank you guys! It's nice having a nutter reviewing for a change! I must emphasise that this is a unbiased review! I'm pondering how many are going to laugh over this review but don't forget that drink always extracts the truth! Joking aside I really promise you that these guys basically are the best! X

Hafsa and Safa were really friendly, welcoming and made me feel really comfortable during my visit. I’ve had past experiences at other dental practices that have left me slightly apprehensive. However the manner in which I was talked to, and the way in which they answered and explained all my questions and queries was extremely reassuring. Not only was the staff amazing, but the facility was clean, and the practice was very professional. Not only am I confident for my next dental visit, I am looking forward to it.

My first hygienist appointment with Melody was rather lovely and a memorable visit. I was putting off a dentist visit after COVID-19 and she was really able to make me feel welcomed, and assured during my procedure. The attention to detail is what impressed me most, as well as her personability. I liked being told as the procedure went on what was happening, and Melody was a great person to leave in the hands of my teeth. I will sure to return, when my 6 months is due up. Highly recommend. By the way, I had booked two sessions back to back and after consultation, it was decided that I only needed one. I have been a patient of Dr Dariush Hoshyar for many years and recently I decided to go through the Invisalign process using Dariush. He has always been a pleasure to deal with and I couldn't be happier with the end result and was definitely worth the time and money. I'm new to this practice, and so far, my experience has been great. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Had a fantastic consultation with Daniel, who made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was given lots of options and plenty of time to think about what I wanted to do going forward. I really like the fact that they seem to be as uninvasive as possible while still being thorough with your health and well-being as the main concern. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I’ve always been nervous of the dentist and as such, I ended up being forced into an emergency appointment situation! I read through Google reviews of local dentists and decided to use Dickens Yard based on their rating. I can honestly say my phobia has completely vanished. Doctor Pavan has been my dentist over 4 years now. My outlook about visiting the dentist and having a painful experience has completely changed after my appointments with Doctor Pavan. I have had multiple root canal treatments with him and he has made it as easy as it could get. He is very meticulous with his work. And makes sure you are getting the best results out of any of his treatments. He explains the details of what the issues are, what may have caused it and how he will be fixing it, which makes you confident whilst sitting nervously on the chair. His staff is very friendly and makes you feel as comfortable as he does. For anyone who is looking for a good dentist who is thorough with his job do visit Pavan Bopanna. Exceptionally friendly, welcoming and informative throughout the appointment, immediately putting me at ease, talking me through every step of the process and making someone who carries dental childhood trauma with them feel very relaxed, which I never thought would be possible! I cannot recommend this dentist more highly from the friendly reception staff who always greet you with a smile and to whom are very helpful to the actual dentist and nurse, who work brilliantly together, even humming along to the radio whilst at work, it was a very pleasant appointment!!

I am so glad to see Dr Harleen and dental nurse lady today. Because of my previous experience in other dental practice made me extremely nervous to go to dentist. I’ve visited the practice a few times for different treatments and each time have received a friendly welcome by the team. Today I saw Dr Jameel to have 2 old silver fillings removed and replaced with composite filling. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless. Him and the team all had a gentle approach and explained every step of the procedure which helped ease my nerves. I went to the practice for a free implant consultation with Dr Radi. I was very happy with the advice and plan that I was given. In the end I decided to use a dentist nearer to my home, who had given a similar plan and price. However, I would have been very happy to have had my treatment at this clinic

This dental practice is amazing. From the dentists to dental nurses to the receptionists. Everyone who works here is so friendly and professional, you feel like your in good hands as soon as you walk in the door. I had orthodontic treatment from Dr Sandeep who was an excellent dentist. He was honest, realistic, knowledgeable and very skilled. I had metal fixed braces for under a year and the whole process was a very good experience. I felt at ease throughout and was very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this dental practice and particularly Dr Sandeep for orthodontic treatment. Thank you so much!

They have been understanding, patient and professional, which has allowed me to now regularly visit the dentist and my anxiety is less on each visit. My elderly mother of 96yrs recently visited Shades, Dr Hudda for some new false teeth. Reception staff also helpful as mum has a mobility issue. Hudda explained the entire process and told us what to expect. Mother is so happy with her replacement dentures, such a good and comfortable fit. Cannot recommend Shades Clinic highly enough.

Fantastic and professional experience right from the get go. You walk in a get welcomed with the hugest smile from Olga, on reception which instantly eases your nerves if you’re afraid of the dentist like I am. You receive reminders via text/email of any up and coming appointments and a phone call the day before, which is brilliant if you have a busy schedule. But more to the point, the dental work is top tier. I’ve had Invisalign for around 6 months, followed by composite bonding on 8 of my teeth. Khalil performed the procedures from start to finish and everything was performed to perfection just like my new smile. I must give Oscar a mention also, as he spoke me through step by step and was most helpful on helping me make certain decisions. Banning dental are Very, very reasonably priced, to the extent I travelled way out of my home town for every visit. Money well spent I say, and I would most definitely highly recommended them. It was my first time visiting this clinic and overall experience was simply amazing! I fell yesterday and managed to break my tooth and had other issues, and got an appointment with this clinic right away. The staff was friendly, especially Ronia, Andrea and Hamid, who were super supportive and helpful, shared lots of useful and helpful information and calmed me down that everything is going to be fine!
