She explained everything in a way that was clear and reassuring, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about my son’s experience. Dental treatment was carried with kindness, efficiency, explanations, on time and seems, a day later, to have solved the dental problems I was aware of. As well a being a professional colleague, I am a long-term friend of Charlotte Stilwell (from her qualification in Copenhagen in 1983) and have maintained my confidence in her as a conscientious and increasingly experienced practitioner. I do not think she will have treated any of her patients with less skill and consideration than she has shown me over many years as her patient. I imagine that all her patients will miss having her as their dentist, when she retires from 'wet-fingered dentistry'. Charlotte's Romanian dental nurse on this occasion seemed to work quietly with exemplary efficiency and was one of the best 'saliva aspirators' I have ever experienced. A great asset to the practice. Mr Shakeel Shahdad is the most incredible surgeon and clinician. I had an amazingly comfortable experience. I felt safe at all times and the dentistry skills are incomparable. Very kind support staff also. Could not recommend enough.

I am a coward and don’t like pain or going to the dentist due to torture in the 19 seventies fillings everything … since going to Fenton and seeing Jamie it’s been a breeze lovely man , very carful never had one issue or any pain ! since I have been . Jamie Fenton stepped in and found a time for me when my usual dentist was unusually not available and when I had an issue just hours before going on holiday. I was totally impressed by the thorough checks and diagnosis ... And he did what he possibly could to ease things for when I was away. Highly recommended.

My experience has been very positive with UKDS from first consultation through to getting the implants fitted. Had a clear timeline of cost and procedures, appointments have been flexible when circumstances changed. All the dental surgeons I have dealt with have been really professional and efficient for a surprisingly pain free experience in the chair, although there is obviously some discomfort post op from swelling now I’m at the end of my process I’m very happy.

After an initial assessment I had a wisdom tooth extraction on Saturday and I was very nervous but Dr Gadiwalla and his assistant had me at ease and did an amazing and fast job. My healing has been excellent so far with hardly any pain at all. I also had a phone call from the receptionist this morning to see how I was getting on. The practice is clean and bright, and the staff are really friendly, even offering a cup of tea/coffee. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering using their services.

As a dentist myself, I've often referred complex cases to the UK Dental Specialists' team, and consistently had patients returning with outstanding quality treatment completed, and only positive feedback about the experience. When I required specialist treatment myself, for a tooth resorption case, there was no other practice I would have wanted to be treated at for it. From start to finish, everything was brilliant. From Dr Claudio Peru's thorough triaging on the same day as referral/fitting me in for an emergency appointment when required, to the customer service at reception, and last but not least, Dr Vittorio Franco's outstanding, efficient treatment and care throughout - I cannot recommend this Specialist Centre highly enough. It will always remain at the very top of my referrals pathway - Thank you Dr Franco, Dr Peru, and the rest of the UKDS team, for all your help.

Had a complex root canal done. Dr Peru was lovely and kind and I left feeling relaxed and happy. Thank you! Highly recommend this practice, particularly Dr Peru. Great follow up as well!

Dr Zohaib Hashmi was excellent. I had a bad tooth ache and Dr Zohaib instantly found the issue and had me booked in an emergency appointment. He resolved the issue which was that I needed a root canal. The procedure was smooth, simple and the most professional. I was also shown my X-rays where the root canal was done and I can happily say that was the most professional job done. I wouldn’t go to another dentist after the comfort and service which Zohaib had provided. Couldn’t have been any happier.

I had a really good experience. Dentist was very kindly and knowledgeable. I was thinking my tooth pain because of tooth decay but the problem was jaw spasms. She showed me some exercises and I am still continuing this exercise and okey now. If you has not enough English please don’t be hesitate because receptionist knows Turkish

I would give 5 stars to her- she has not only gone above and beyond her job, her empathy made me feel comfortable and made the whole experience pleasant. Warm and friendly dental nurses. Dentists did their jobs promptly.

What can I say. I was in so much pain I felt like I was out of this world. I was in pain for a week. Dentozen did what two other Dental practice could not do. They remedy the problem in less than 2 hours. All I can say is God bless them. I really experienced a miracle. I would recommend them if you are in pain and need a remedy.👏👏👏

I went to Valley Dental Practice for a second opinion. Josh saved the cracked tooth by doing a root canal and crown. And advised the other tooth was fine. So very pleased my tooth was saved.

Simon Leigh has been my dentist for over 35 years. It was the Leigh Dental Practice when I first became one of his patients. I've always felt very confident that I'm receiving the best possible care and treatment. Now that Simon is soon retiring I'm very confident I'll be in very good hands with his successor, who I know he chose very carefully. Rita Strong has been my hygienist for many years. She's very friendly and does a very thorough job of keeping my teeth clean and healthy and gives lots of good advice on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a first rate dental practice and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending it.

I had a wonderful experience with Mariam the dental therapist/hygienist and Natasha the nurse. They both took great care of me during my visit. I had both the Airflow and a hygiene treatment done, and I’m really pleased with the results. I recently joined this dental practice and had 2 appointments booked on the same day. I was seen very promptly for both. Dr Hannan was professional, welcoming and friendly. I had my teeth whitening service with him and i am very happy with the results. The hygienist, Mariam, was equally as good and provided a great service. I saw Dr Shergill recently, having not visited the dentist for some time. I found Dr Shergill to be excellent, reassuring and kind (which was very helpful to me as an anxious person). She is very professional and I feel treatment could not have been better.
