One of my front teeth fell out last night so I called this dental practice saying I needed urgent attention and to my great surprise they fitted me in at 11am. My dentist was Hassan a really nice gent and he was brilliant at resetting my tooth and within 40 minutes I was away. What a wonderful practice and we are lucky to have them ! David Murray

Best dentist I've had the fortune in finding. Recommended by a friend, the practice doesn't disappoint. Able to book early appointments at the weekend. Fully confident in my dentist who is friendly, kind and delivers exceptional dental care. My daughter and wife also go to the same practice and we all feel we are in great hands. Highly recommend.

Great dental care over a number of years. Bob always explains things well, gives different options for care/treatment, and work is meticulous and of high quality. The hygienist has really helped me get on top of day to day dental hygiene, and all the staff contribute to a relaxed atmosphere. My teeth and gums are in a much better shape than they were 5 years ago. Recommend for both general and cosmetic dentistry.

I just completed a full mouth rehabilitation at Jiva Dental. It started about a year ago when my enamel was too warn-down and my teeth were rapidly degrading. I had Invisalign alignment over 9 months to help minimise wear, and then had all teeth modelled and restored with composite bonding to build-up surface for the longer-term. I am now all done and just collected my night retainers to keep teeth in position. Having poor teeth, I have been to many dentists over the years but Jiva have really helped me understand my problems and provided robust long-term solutions. I have since changed my perspective on good oral care, and I am thankful to them for that. The team are professional and friendly, and clearly enjoy their work, with passion and energy. I highly recommend them based on my experience!

Dr Bob and his team at Jiva Dental are committed to providing the best possible care for their patients. Everyone there is warm and welcoming, which put me at ease as I hadn't been to the dentist for many years! Dr. Bob is truly exceptional at what he does. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, making sure I was comfortable and informed. His gentle approach and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful visit completely stress-free. I appreciated how he listened to my concerns and provided clear, thoughtful answers to all my questions. The entire team, from the hygienists to the reception staff, displayed the same level of care and dedication. They were efficient, friendly, and made sure I felt well taken care of from the start to the finish of all of my treatments (I've had wisdom teeth removed, root canal, Invisalign and finally composite bonding and look like a new man!) I can't recommend Jiva Dental enough.

The whole team worked together to get me an emergency appt to replace a crown that had fallen out. Stephen took the time to explain various options and was considerate of my financial limitations.

My daughter really enjoyed her first appointment with Dr Jamal and assistant Becks who were really patient with my toddler. At the beginning my daughter was too shy but with the help of the assistant she enjoyed the consultation. She really wants to come back to the dentist again!

Just had my first visit to this practice. I'm a very nervous patient and avoid the dentist like the plague. However I chipped a tooth so I had to find a dentist. I went along to my appointment to register and it was a nice feel. Not clinical at all. The lovely man who looked at my teeth was so lovely. Patient and thorough. I had my teeth scaled with the ultrasonic de-scaler and I had no pain at all. Usually this is a horrifying experience. So I'm so happy this dentist did not train at helga's house of pain. He did a filling for me also I needed 2 injections which was the worst part but a dentist can't do anything to stop that pain. He was very slow to reduce the pain as much as he could. I have come out feeling optimistic for once. I'm an NHS patient but felt like I was treated the same as a private patient. Highly recommended to anyone that fears the dentist.

Been going here since I was a small child, so 30 years now. The place used to strike fear into me every time I walked past, as I had loads of fillings, extractions, route canal etc etc as a youngster and developed a phobia of the dentist. As such, I started to neglect going for check ups, only really visiting when it was too late and I was in agony. I've manned up a bit now, and the current main dentist is the owners son who is fantastic. He is calm, friendly, reassuring and incredibly skilled. Over the past 5 years or so he has done various required bits on my teeth and each time with remarkable efficiency and absolute minimal pain or drama. We're very lucky to have him as a local NHS dentist, I just hope he and the practice in general stays where they are.

My son just pulled out two teeth here. I want to say that Dr. Wang is really a gentle and excellent doctor. He keeps talking to ease the child's tension, and his techniques are very skilled and gentle. My son said he didn't feel anything when he was getting anesthesia, and we are really grateful! This clinic is really amazing!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful and friendly the staff was. I’m a very nervous patient but I was made to feel comfortable and at ease from the onset. Lilly the dentist took time to ask questions and look through my file, she also talked me through every stage of my dental procedure. This was my second time at Gentle Smiles with Dr Lily, the first time for a hygienist and check up and the second for a tooth extraction. Both times Dr Lily made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, as she could see i was very nervous. She is so gentle and at both appointments I have been pain and discomfort free. I took recently my 13 year old daughter for routine exam. She was seen by dr. Lily Furniss who was very nice, did thorough examination, took pictures and c-rays and explained everything very clearly. Had to have an emergency dental appointment to have an infected tooth removed. Just before Christmas which is typical! The service was excellent. Mr Patel was exceptional. I'm a very nervous patient and he made me feel at ease throughout and I can honestly say that had I been a patient at this practice sooner my fear of dental treatment would be far less. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist warmly welcomes you, setting a positive tone for your visit. I've been coming here for years and have been seeing Esti as my hygienist for nearly two of them. She has a wonderful ability to put you at ease and consistently does an excellent job. My only minor critique would be that the service can be a bit pricey. Nina

I have had such a positive experience doing Invisalign with James over the past 15 months. He has incredible attention to detail and is really fantastic at what he does. I am so happy with how my teeth look. I could not recommend him enough. Also all of the reception staff are so lovely and have added enormously to the experience. I can’t thank them all enough!

I had bonding done on my upper arcade and I love the results so much, I wish I did it before. I wasn't sure if bonding was right for me , as my front upper teeth were a bit crooked and had a unaesthetic gap in my smile as well. I enquired for more details online and they were very swift in replying to my questions and then had a free in person consultation with Dr Chris. I was thrilled when he said we could do the bonding and about the results I could get. I have seen online the previous smile makeovers they did at Aesthetika Dental but did not imagine how mine would look. I had 8 teeth bonded and it was done during a single appointment. As I left after my bonding appointment, I did not fall in love straight away with my new teeth, as they were , well, NEW. Dr Chris told me I had a 2 weeks period before our final appointment, while I had the time to adjust to my new smile but also identify any changes I wished to make. At my second appointment I communicated that and he listened and at the end of the appointment I was delighted. I would't go back to my previous smile. My teeth are now straighter, smoother and whiter and got really good feedback from family and friends that are now interested in doing the same. Also , have to mention that the team at the reception is great, they are so welcoming and also very responsive. If I had any doubts or wanted ask my dentist anything in between my appointments, I just had to Whatsapp the Dental studio and they would get back straight away. Thank you all so much

Honestly, Tabitha is super approachable and excellent at what she does, incredibly detail driven and won't hesitate to give you the best tailored guidance on oral health. My sessions always feel super relaxed (I could easily fall asleep whilst she works but make an effort not to) and I wouldn't want anyone else for my appointments!

Dr Birendra Patel is the best Dentist ive had in my life. I have had to have multiple teeth removed, with the end result being an upper denture. When i met him, i just felt a trust their straight away. They explain everything at the initial appointment, including all your options. All the staff are very professional. Well done.

I am so happy with my dentist and hygienist at Love Teeth dental based in Hook Road, Chessington. I used to be petrified going to the dentist but since I've joined this practice I go happily for my quarterly hygienist and bi-annual dentist checkups. I used to go to an NHS dentist and after 18 years of them doing absolutely nothing, and my teeth getting worse, I made the decision to go privately. Best decision Ive ever made!

My daughter and I both had appointments one after the other. It was kind of the dentist to let my daughter remain in the room during my appointment (apart from during the x-ray) as my daughter has mild autism and has previously been quite nervous about attending her own appointments, so being able to observe others has helped reassure her about attending appointments herself. I had never been to a Love Teeth practice before and had just moved to the area so decided to give it a try. I have never been to such an amazing dentist. Hardly any delay, lovely staff at reception and the dentist Nada was amazing too. She explained clearly what I needed and what options I had and made me feel at ease.
