Not only did he quickly identify and repair the issue with the boiler, but he also took the time to fix my daughter's radiator, which was also in need of attention since we moved in. I recently had a very old boiler replaced and used Danny as he came to quote and seemed knowledgeable and down to earth. He worked so hard for 3 full days to get it all done. It's an old house and I had to have a new hot water cylinder and system boiler. But lots of pipework to be adjusted. He's old school and makes sure his work is done properly and going forward I'd use him for future boiler servicing. He's also always available for any questions or queries you may have. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of having Danny attend our property to replace a valve connection pipe after a gas leak. We called DM and Sons due to the positive reviews online. He was friendly and replaced the pipe very quickly. Glad to support local a business in New Malden. Will definitely use them again!

Highly reccomended. Tom was great from the start. He promptly provided a clear, detailed quote and I got him booked in. He arrived when he said he would and was polite. Unexpectedly, I needed some flexibility around dates for the second part of work we had already booked in, and Tom was helpful, understanding and accommodating in arranging a suitable time and date which worked for us both, without putting me to the back of the diary. I really appreciated this. Tom also took the time to talk through a couple of options I had regarding pipe routing. I appreciated him checking my thoughts on it and clarifying what I thought was best. As a result I'm very happy with the work done and would use TopGas again!

Tom was absolutely fantastic and really helped us out when our boiler started leaking water. He diagnosed the problem immediately and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue perfectly. Tom was brilliant – he came round to measure up my old radiators, found new ones at a good price, arranged delivery, and installed them neatly and efficiently. The radiators cost a little more than he originally quoted me for, and Tom offered to absorb the additional cost himself. During his visit, he noticed my boiler installation was suboptimal (low inlet pressure resulting from a gas line of insufficient width) and went out of his way to rectify this, so that it would be fixed before I moved into the property. The new gas line Tom installed was immaculate (in stark contrast to the pipework laid by my boiler installer!) and my boiler is now functioning optimally. Tom also went out of his way to be clean and tidy, he was very pleasant, gave some good advice about a bay window radiator, and was happy to come back to fix any issues. I couldn’t be happier with Tom’s work.

I have known Vince for more than a year now. Very professional and accommodating. I had to reschedule a few times due to issues at home and he never complained. Worked through all the issues that came up and did not change the price quoted. I thought he should have. Worked through difficult conditions and did some extra stuff I needed as well. All in all a top man really. Replaced my gas hob, Replaced my extractor fan and Serviced my boiler. Will definitely recommend.

This is the second time I’ve used Riverside Property Services & Construction, the first time was nearly 10 years ago for the same reason. Alex is always professional, courteous and efficient. He came to fit a new pump to a newly installed bath and noticed that the bath had not been fitted correctly and was leaking. He provided recommendations and was able to both fit the pump and fix the leak. This saved me a lot of time, money, and grief in the long run. He did all this whilst having to deal with my overbearing tenant hanging over his shoulder. Great job Alex, highly recommended!

Riverside have just finished a project on our flat. It required a complete strip-down (to the brick) of all rooms, bathroom, toilet, plumbing, electricity, etc. Effectively they were rebuilding everything but the kitchen from scratch. Alex was very thorough starting from understanding our needs, budgets, advising courteously when we were unsure. Once the quote and timings were agreed, Alex and his team worked well within the agreed schedule and often completed stages ahead of time. His subcontractors were at the same high level as Alex's team, and we continued to use some of them afterwards for other jobs. The other great thing was the attention that Alex and his team put into protecting the common areas and being considerate towards neighbours. We are very happy with the work Riverside did for us and how our flat came together. Importantly, it was great to have someone like Alex managing the project - reliably, to budget, and always with positive attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This time around he came out as an emergency on New Year’s Eve late afternoon to fix a very tricky leak that caused water damage to our ceiling. Nelson turned up on time to provide a quote and discussed all aspects of the job. The quote was received within 48 hours and provided a description of the work to be undertaken and costs. Nelson agreed a date for the job and turned up on time. He was very polite and considerate of me and my home. Despite what other heating engineer had said . Nelson managed to get the heating cycle into the loft without any issues. His work is very neat and tidy . At the end he talked me through what he had done and how everything worked. Me and my family live throughout SW London and have been using Tom for years as our plumber. From small jobs like sorting taps to bigger ones like full boiler replacements, Tom has always provided good quality, reliable service.
