During the process of renovating my bathroom I had some long chats with Sunny as to what products to buy that would meet my needs. He was patient and took me through some books to advise on the best products that would meet my needs and specifications. He took great care to order my items and ensured that they were delivered on time as the workmen were working on a tight schedule. I am very pleased with the quality of the items I was guided to buy. When Sunny was not available, his assistant, Harry was a great help as well.

I don’t often write reviews but I was seriously impressed by F and S Group. I texted them before 8:00 this morning, an immediate reply with same day service. The engineer, Will, was great- polite, professional and sorted my drainage issue which had caused a lot of stress and provided clear explanations so I knew exactly was happening. To top it off, it was a great price. Very impressed and will recommend this company to all of my contacts.

Josh was quick, professional and efficient! I contacted FS over a totally blocked up shower drain that I tried to clear using Mr. Muscle drain gel but it didn't work at all. Couldn't even penetrate into the drain because there was completely no more room in there. Josh came round within 2 hours of me calling and finished the job much quicker, within 15 minutes. I appreciate the dedication to quality service. I highly recommend! Cheers!

Found them through Google and I was a bit sceptical about the amount of 5-star reviews. However, they were on time, efficient, proposed the most cost efficient solution and unblocked the drain at a very reasonable cost without trying to get more money out of me. Well done, will use again!

Great professional service. The gentleman VJ was very knowledgeable punctual and professional with the services offered. Came out to fix a boiler for me and replace two radiators and fix a leak under the kitchen sink. All jobs done in a matter of hours to a very professional standard and reasonable rates. He even cleaned up his work areas properly once he was done. Can’t fault the work ethic and quality of works carried out. Recommended 10/10 for excellence. Thanks for helping

I can’t recommend Heatflow enough, I have used this company previously. I had an issue with my hot water tank, contacted Heatflow and he gladly visited my flat, even though it was last minute and over a weekend. The problem was professional diagnosed, and temporary fix was put in place with a follow up appointment booked, where the tank was drained and new parts fitted in an effective, respectful way making sure my neighbours were not disrupted. Heatflow followed up the next day to check all was working as it should be. Throughout the whole processed I was informed what was needed, transparent regarding the cost in a very trustworthy manner. I would not hesitate to recommend and use Heatflow again

Great professional service! Shaq came out same day (on the weekend) when my boiler started giving me problems and no longer heating. Quick, honest remedy (showing me along the way what the issue was). He fixed it up and offered additional guidance to ensure the lifetime performance of my system. Thank you to the Boiler & Heating Care team (especially Shaqir) for being thorough and professional in dealing with my emergency with the boiler. It seems that the previous engineer did not service the boiler as they were paid to do so had no hot water or heating on the most coldest day of the year. Luckily I got in contact with Shaqir and he was there when we needed him and he diagnosed and treated the problem there and then. Worth every penny for a decent, honest and friendly service.

I had my boiler repaired last year. The boiler had quite a few issues and I was contemplating changing it. They literally made it brand new at a fraction of the cost I would have paid for a new one. This Company provide excellent service - they managed to fix my boiler when two other firms completely failed and I had been left without heating or hot water for 10 days over the Xmas/New Year period. Boiler & Heating Care provided a prompt service within 24 hours, with regular updates about what was happening. I highly recommend them.

Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

Contacted Anytime Plumbing over a new central heating system to be installed. The office staff were very helpful and managed for the contracts manager to come do a quotation the same day. When he arrived he was very knowledgeable and knew what would be best for me and my requirements. Mo is a great plumber and all round nice guy. Very easy to deal with and he managed to come over and solve the issue in my bathroom with next to no notice.
