During the process of renovating my bathroom I had some long chats with Sunny as to what products to buy that would meet my needs. He was patient and took me through some books to advise on the best products that would meet my needs and specifications. He took great care to order my items and ensured that they were delivered on time as the workmen were working on a tight schedule. I am very pleased with the quality of the items I was guided to buy. When Sunny was not available, his assistant, Harry was a great help as well.

By helping me understand my heating system I've saved a TON on call out fees as he's taught me a few tricks and understanding so that I can do the trivial troubleshooting and basic fixes myself and have James over for the things I can't. James is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through what needs doing and why. He helps you understand more about your plumbing system which is always a nice touch. We had to have a replacement pump fitted which turned out to be a bigger job than expected but James was very competent and did the job well.

I have been using Platinum for about fifteen years. James has come to my rescue and fixed faulty boilers, electrical issues and leaks on so many occasions, and he always does a brilliant job. I have recommended him to countless friends and neighbours and they all sing his praises too. He is thorough, fair and always does a brilliant job. I also like that he takes time to explain what he has done and to make sure I am happy with his work. Please don’t be put off by the small number of reviews here. Google deleted their business page and couldn’t recover the huge number of excellent reviews they had accumulated previously. This kind of thing is hugely damaging to the reputation of a small business and really unfair that it happened to such a good one!

This Company provide excellent service - they managed to fix my boiler when two other firms completely failed and I had been left without heating or hot water for 10 days over the Xmas/New Year period. Boiler & Heating Care provided a prompt service within 24 hours, with regular updates about what was happening. I highly recommend them.

This company did an excellent job with my cylindrical boiler. They managed to replace four components and now my boiler is in great condition. They were always responsive to all my queries before and after the repair (fast and friendly as well). I’m very pleased with the repair and would highly recommend them!!

Thank you to the Boiler & Heating Care team (especially Shaqir) for being thorough and professional in dealing with my emergency with the boiler. It seems that the previous engineer did not service the boiler as they were paid to do so had no hot water or heating on the most coldest day of the year. Luckily I got in contact with Shaqir and he was there when we needed him and he diagnosed and treated the problem there and then. Worth every penny for a decent, honest and friendly service.

Needed an urgent repair for leaking boiler. Engineer came within 15 minutes and was able to solve the problem right away. He was very thorough, explained everything and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We couldn’t be happier and we recommande him warmly

David came over to look at my boiler that wasn't working properly. After fixing it in less than 5 minutes, he then found the source of an intermittent leak that had been staining my neighbours ceiling in the flat below. The leak had been going on for weeks and I was fully expecting to have the floorboards up and a big insurance claim. Tony wasn't even called out for that reason, but it was ridiculously impressive how easily he figured out when the source was. He was round the next day to finish the job, on time as agreed. Proper legend.

Contacted Anytime Plumbing over a new central heating system to be installed. The office staff were very helpful and managed for the contracts manager to come do a quotation the same day. When he arrived he was very knowledgeable and knew what would be best for me and my requirements. They were very reasonably priced and very efficient in the installation and I didn't wait long for it to be completed.

Reza and David did a great job finding and repairing a leak on an irrigation pipe. They explained the repair needed, fixed it efficiently, and cleaned up the area nicely. Told me what to look for if problem reoccurred. Have used this company before and will continue to do so. They are professional and reasonable prices.

I had been getting an gas smell in my basement and having all kinds of issues with one of my water heaters. I called on a Thursday, and they determined that I needed to replace a pressure relief valve on the water heater. The work was done the next day. I am very satisfied with this service.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.
