The plumber, Matthew, came at relatively short notice due to my narrow time limit for the work; he worked at a fast, efficient pace; his manner was pleasant; he completed the job I had asked him to do and gave me the option of booking him for further improvements if desired; he only requested payment on completion of the job after he had he accommodated my request for receipt paperwork; he checked that all systems were in working order before he left. Had a whole new system installed, new boiler, new radiators and a reworking of most of the pipework as also wanted the boiler moved to a more convenient place. Matthew and his team worked tirelessly and figured out all the complications with upgrading my decades old system. I now have a much better water flow and toasty home ready for the winter. Completed quickly and efficiently and very friendly and professional guy, did a lot of prep work with me before it started and I would highly recommend him for your project or repair.

After two British Gas engineers had failed to diagnose the problem that was causing my boiler to fail to start, I contacted Mathew at Master Plumbing Service following a personal recommendation. He fitted me in within a couple of days and immediately diagnosed the problem (a failing pump). Mathew was very obviously an experienced and very well trained CH engineer and I will certainly use him again for both routine services and any problems that may occur.

We called Matt out for an emergency as a hot water pipe joint had popped off and flooded our hallway and kitchen. He was with us quickly, and was calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He quickly identified the issue with minimal additional damage to the property and had us back up and running in 90 minutes. He was exactly what we needed in that moment, and provided a full report early the next day that helped with our insurers. Massive 5 stars.

Was highly recommended this store from a client of mine. We walked in looking for a new bathroom, with many questions and concerns. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us discussing our needs, market styles, trends, dos and don'ts etc and we came up with a set that was as perfect as we had imagined it. They specially ordered some equipment for us and kept us updated throughout the process. So grateful to Karan for all his advice and recommendations for our new bathroom. Customer service has been 10/10 throughout the whole process. We didn’t have a clue what we were talking about, thought the whole process would take forever but we got it all sorted on our first visit to the shop. Coordinating with tradesmen throughout to arrange deliveries at the best time rather than having it all sitting around the house was really helpful, as was Karan’s honest advice on some of the features we wanted and their longevity/practicality. I would highly recommend these guys; the customer service was outstanding and I know I’d not get that in a big chain shop. I’d also rather shop at a small local business too :)

A couple of weeks ago I contacted Dev following a boiler that kept breaking down in a household with kids. We agreed on a Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan heat pump, Versatile cylinder, simplified 2 zone with manufacturer’s own room thermostats. Dev quickly understood my needs and proposed appropriate solutions. During the work we never ran out of hot water which was great. I can only recommend.

Dev Solutions recently fitted a heat pump system is my property. All admin work and advice was superb. The installation was mess free and discussed and finalised with approval. The heat pump makes no noise and will save on my energy bills. The team are professional and reliable. Dev is excellent and has great knowledge in this area. I would highly recommend them.

He managed to quickly sort out the issue with our undefloor heating on top of finally fixing the underfloor heating of our ensuite which the developers themselves failed to figure out when we got the property 2 years ago!
