Ben is fantastic and very professional. Ben fitted for us a water conditioner, did the flushing of the boiler and its annual service. He also took the initiative of fixing a few bits the old plumber didn’t address. I highly recommend Ben. His services are of very high standard and he is a very nice and kind person too.

I highly recommend Ben and his services, they are excellent at what they do, really professional and at reasonable prices. Our shower was leaking into our poor neighbors room and we had called someone else before but they didn't manage to fix it. Ben came immediately the next day, assessed the situation and explained the whole process in steps and what is required and got to the bottom of the problem. He fixed up a new shower and everything that was wrong with it and it's been a few weeks now, and no leakage at all! Thank you for saving us Ben!

I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

We struck lucky in finding Mayfair Plumbers for a leak detection job we required. I did try other companies first but many did not answer the phone, or seemed un-interested. When I dialled Mayfair Plumbers though this was different and they answered immediately and were very positive and friendly on the phone. Absolute life-savers. Gas had been shut off by my energy provider - Mayfair came round the same day, sorted the issues that the energy provider had found, and got the gas switched back on. They were up-front and transparent about all the costs. The gas engineer was a really nice guy - hope he enjoys the darts final tomorrow night!

Taylor was recommended to us by a friend. Since then he has completed numerous jobs for us including installing a boiler, changing all of our radiators and several smaller plumbing jobs. I have one of their boiler cover plans and it is a total godsend. My fickle boiler has demanded 2 visits alone this year and each time Nick and Terry have worked wonders with it. My boiler went down in the middle of a freezing spell. I couldn't get a plumber to come out that day, and all the companies were quoting a minimum of £100 for a call out. I phoned Nick who didn't even need to come out to know what was wrong. He talked me through how to fix it, and within minutes my heating was back on. I would highly recommend!

Terry and Nick were professional from the outset and initial visit to replace and install a new boiler in my flat. On the first visit to assess the works to be done they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best quality solution for my budget and needs, they explained each step of the work and what they also need to do to meet all regulations very clearly… having done my own research I was instantly put at ease. They came back with a competitive price the very next morning and the work was booked in. On the day of installation they were prompt, organised and courteous, evidently knew exactly what they were doing, competing all the work in good time and to a high standard, I’m very pleased with the new boiler and its a weight off my mind.
