William is very efficient and thorough and did a great job replacing a leaking bathroom tap. Moreover, when the unit itself developed a problem some months later, he came back and replaced the tap and didn’t charge. Totally recommended!

We found William (Signature Blue) through a Google search for "plumber near me" recently when we had a plumbing problem which needed an urgent fix. It's easy to see why he has such great reviews - we were very happy with the service we received - very friendly and professional in every respect. The new part he fitted for us turned out to be faulty although it seemed fine initially - he returned quickly and without fuss to replace it after we reported the problem.

Ricardo and team have been extremely helpful in advising us on what exactly it is we need and what would be right for our home. With the boiler replacement, Ricardo suggested which model would be best and answered all of our many questions which has reassured us we have made the right decision. The boiler was installed very quickly (at short notice) and efficiently and is now working wonderfully! Came home from a Christmas holiday to find the house at 6.5 degrees (!) after the boiler went out when we were gone. Thankfully these lads were quick to answer the phone, arrived within 30mins, and had the boiler repaired (including with new parts) shortly thereafter. Top notch work and service. Will call them again next time we have a plumbing issue.

Called Taylor as we needed to get a leaking isolation valve changed and he turned up a few hours later and installed a new valve. He also talked over a few other things that we have planned and I'll be looking to get him back for some more work. Highly recommended.

Charles comes highly recommended. He’s a smart, personable man with an excellent knowledge of heating systems and a knack for explaining things clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with, which is a rare gem in the trade. Punctual, communicative, plain speaking and polite, he knows his way around old and new heating systems. I’ve used him twice now to fix my old combi boiler & h/w cylinder system. Both times he got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. I trust him and will use him again when we replace our whole heating system.

Thoroughly recommend Gus. He came out at less than 24hrs notice to fix our boiler and was swift, thorough and brilliant throughout. Price was reasonable and we were left very happy with the work. Tavo Gas and Plumbing are an excellent central heating firm. Gus is a friendly approachable guy who managed to fit us in at short notice when hot water and heating packed up. He then rejigged his workload to get our boiler fixed before we went on holiday. They are efficient, responsive and very reasonably priced and I’d highly recommend

Great service! The plumber showed up same day after my hot water heater conked out. He was able to assess the problem, run out and get parts and get back and complete the repair in about an hour. He was fast, courteous and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have one of their boiler cover plans and it is a total godsend. My fickle boiler has demanded 2 visits alone this year and each time Nick and Terry have worked wonders with it. I've never gone in for one of these types of plans before because they are so restrictive usually but not with Gas Force, really comprehensive and flexible cover. Thank you!

On the first visit to assess the works to be done they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best quality solution for my budget and needs, they explained each step of the work and what they also need to do to meet all regulations very clearly… having done my own research I was instantly put at ease. They came back with a competitive price the very next morning and the work was booked in. On the day of installation they were prompt, organised and courteous, evidently knew exactly what they were doing, competing all the work in good time and to a high standard, I’m very pleased with the new boiler and its a weight off my mind. I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

Ben is fantastic and very professional. Ben fitted for us a water conditioner, did the flushing of the boiler and its annual service. He also took the initiative of fixing a few bits the old plumber didn’t address. I highly recommend Ben. His services are of very high standard and he is a very nice and kind person too.

I highly recommend Ben and his services, they are excellent at what they do, really professional and at reasonable prices. Our shower was leaking into our poor neighbors room and we had called someone else before but they didn't manage to fix it. Ben came immediately the next day, assessed the situation and explained the whole process in steps and what is required and got to the bottom of the problem. He fixed up a new shower and everything that was wrong with it and it's been a few weeks now, and no leakage at all! Thank you for saving us Ben!
