He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He then walked me through resetting the thermostat on the off-chance it would solve the problem, which it did! Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. Minar is a real gem and an expert in Keston dual flue gas combi boilers! Most companies that I contacted to replace my boiler either had no clue about this system or were quoting extortionate rates for a poor service that would have resulted in costly repairs to the ceilings. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. He even gave me the number of a local plumber who was able to help. It’s rare to come across someone willing to go out of their way like that, especially when they have nothing to gain. Honestly some of the best tradespeople we've ever worked with. Don't use anyone else for your plumbing. Dave was great to deal with in terms of sorting what was needed for the job. His colleague Josh came and did the work: dual fuel adaptor fitting for towel rad, removal of old rad, installing new cast iron rad, sorting waste pipe for kitchen sink through external wall. Josh was fantastic! Really polite, super knowledgeable, incredibly thorough and most importantly the work looks super neat & tidy. A breath of fresh air to get such diligent work done. I highly recommend McHOW. Dave sent Josh to my property for a gas certificate which went smoothly. However unaware at the time, on completion of the job a louder the usual ticking on the boiler clock had somehow occurred. Dave was very helpful when I got in touch and sent Josh back the following day to disconnect the clock and solve the issue. I live in Wapping and recommend their services *****

Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

Cornel came to replace our old water filter taps which was leaking. He promptly identified what adapters was required and went out to purchase them. Installed with no fuss at a reasonable price.

Cornel came to look at our shower which had no hot water. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted.
