We found William (Signature Blue) through a Google search for "plumber near me" recently when we had a plumbing problem which needed an urgent fix. It's easy to see why he has such great reviews - we were very happy with the service we received - very friendly and professional in every respect. The new part he fitted for us turned out to be faulty although it seemed fine initially - he returned quickly and without fuss to replace it after we reported the problem.

William is very efficient and thorough and did a great job replacing a leaking bathroom tap. Moreover, when the unit itself developed a problem some months later, he came back and replaced the tap and didn’t charge. Totally recommended!

Mo and his colleague installed 7 new radiators at our place and did a fantastic job. He takes care in his work and his attention to detail ensures the customer is happy. Even though we had some challenges in getting the radiators onto the walls, Mo persisted and got everything working and has made our house warm and cozy. He's not one to rush the job and left our place very clean and tidy. Both Mo and his colleague are extremely knowledgeable and I won't hesitate to use their services again when we need further plumbing and heating work.

Charles comes highly recommended. He’s a smart, personable man with an excellent knowledge of heating systems and a knack for explaining things clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with, which is a rare gem in the trade. Punctual, communicative, plain speaking and polite, he knows his way around old and new heating systems. I’ve used him twice now to fix my old combi boiler & h/w cylinder system. Both times he got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. I trust him and will use him again when we replace our whole heating system.

Taylor has done great work for us,from minor unblocking sink,replacing plug fitting to also replacing our boiler. His work is good,he's reliable and always gets back to you promptly. Would absolutely recommend.

Called Taylor as we needed to get a leaking isolation valve changed and he turned up a few hours later and installed a new valve. He also talked over a few other things that we have planned and I'll be looking to get him back for some more work. Highly recommended.

Taylor was recommended to us by a friend. Since then he has completed numerous jobs for us including installing a boiler, changing all of our radiators and several smaller plumbing jobs. He responds quickly and is always flexible with timings. He is efficient and tidy and has been great at coming up with creative solutions to some of our stranger issues in our old Victorian house. I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

My boiler went down in the middle of a freezing spell. I couldn't get a plumber to come out that day, and all the companies were quoting a minimum of £100 for a call out. I phoned Nick who didn't even need to come out to know what was wrong. He talked me through how to fix it, and within minutes my heating was back on. I would highly recommend!

Cant rate gas force highly enough. Terry came round to service my boiler and my tenants boiler today. He also fitted me with a new hive system.. at my request. All questions answered and cleaned up after himself. Will recommend to anyone

I have one of their boiler cover plans and it is a total godsend. My fickle boiler has demanded 2 visits alone this year and each time Nick and Terry have worked wonders with it. I've never gone in for one of these types of plans before because they are so restrictive usually but not with Gas Force, really comprehensive and flexible cover. Thank you!

Ricardo and team have been extremely helpful in advising us on what exactly it is we need and what would be right for our home. With the boiler replacement, Ricardo suggested which model would be best and answered all of our many questions which has reassured us we have made the right decision. Came home from a Christmas holiday to find the house at 6.5 degrees (!) after the boiler went out when we were gone. Thankfully these lads were quick to answer the phone, arrived within 30mins, and had the boiler repaired (including with new parts) shortly thereafter. Top notch work and service. Reliable, expert and competitively priced. I’ve used G&E twice in the last month - one for an urgent pipe repair and secondly for a broken down boiler. The team at G&E on both occasions were quick to respond to my enquiry and get on site - including replacing an ancient and dangerous boiler at 6pm on a Friday before Christmas with 24 hours notice. Highly recommend - good tradesman are gold dust, these guys are the real deal.

Reza and David have been our go to plumbers for probably 2 years now. Not only do they do a great job every time and know what they are doing, they also work ethically and are considerate. If I'm not sure what's going on, they investigate thoroughly and communicate well. They also don't have an endless revolving door of random employees like some other businesses do so sometimes you have to wait on them to become available, but the trade off is that only top-notch experienced professionals show up to do the work. Thankful to have them!
