We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

I’ve used MML plumbing for leak detection and plumbing work and I’d highly recommend them. Levi is very knowledgable and was easily able to find the leak and fix it. Brilliant service. Replaced a gas hob with an induction hob and needed to trim the counter more - no problem. Fitted TRVs to two radiators, serviced the combi and filter. Really could not be happier. Top bloke too.

Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

Amazing help with getting the sink unblocked which solved the slow drain problem and now the sink actually drains better than it has before. Super helpful at explaining the problem and how to keep the same issue from occurring again with a reasonable price relative to what I have seen on other companies. What a brilliant service. Phoned Jimmy Friday evening and he came round first thing Saturday morning. Nothing fazed him and he quickly identified the problem and cleared the blocked drain. He carried out CCTV survey and gave me advice of how to maintain the flow and ongoing works required to maintain the pipe work. The weather was awful and he kept going until the problem was sorted. Such a nice guy too. Would thoroughly recommend him. Didn’t charge extortionate price either! Thank you Jimmy 😊

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom.
