Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. I have taken the time to post my review in two locations simply as the service was the best we have ever had; and we are now considering a full shower replacement in the New Year based on this experience - something we were holding off from looking into as we couldn’t quite find the right Company. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Laurent is amazing! So responsive, friendly and keen to help. I’ve asked him to come and help with a couple of leak issues with my washing machine and he was there in a shot and super helpful and careful to tidy up after himself. He’s also hilarious, highly recommend!

Laurent is a life saver! He attends quickly, is knowledgeable and helpful and an extremely tidy worker. For example, he fixed my leaking back to the wall toilets when 2 other plumbers had failed! Very professional and very good service. Fabio came to help me with a leaking and servicing my boiler and instead trying to take as much money as he could, like other plumbers in the trade would do, he helped me to save money and ended up paying less than what I would pay with other company. His job was also excellent, he is very knowledgeable about boilers and new systems. 100% recommended

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it. He has restored our faith in tradesmen again. The company also seemed very professional. Thank you

Pasha has helped me on a couple of occasions and he has always been professional and done a fantastic job. The latest occasion, we had a time sensitive issue with the boiler which happened out of hours but he still answered my call to give me instructions to rectify the situation until he was able to attend the property to implement a long term fix (which he did in a very timely manner). I would highly recommend Pasha.

Pasha arrived and got straight to work replacing the pump on my Vaillant boiler. Very polite and professional, he had it fixed and up and running very quickly giving a detailed description of what he was doing and offering sound, expert advice. Excellent service! It was easy to arrange and Pasha was on time and very helpful with my boiler. They require some prepayment for the service and initially I was not sure about it. But no need to worry at all as it is a very professional service. Will certainly use them again.
