My car had an engine fault and broke down on Sunday. I decided to try my luck and contacted a garage. Tony responded quickly, even though the garage was closed on Sunday. He advised me to drop the car off at Highview Garage, and he would take a look at it on Monday. I expected the repair to take a long time and cost a lot. To my surprise, Tony called me this morning (Tuesday) and told me the car was ready and fully fixed. The bill was much lower than I expected! Excellent service from Ray and the team. We chose Holland Park Motor service for an MOT as it was close to home. They fit me in quickly. When the car failed, they allowed me to pick up the car and do our repairs ourselves, as my partner prefers to fix things himself. They didn't try to upsell me, which sometimes worries me being a female and knowing nothing about cars. Once the car was fixed, they took it for an MOT and it passed with no issues. The team were friendly and I felt they were honest so I would recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic.

I brought my first car last year in July and they were recommended to me, since then they have helped me with everything! Honestly it’s the best service I’ve ever received, especially Sebastian he has helped me with my car showed me all the features it has. Also, he’s given me driving tips, he’s fixed my car (multiple times) and done MOTs and everything else. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else only there with him! It’s outstanding service, even though I’m a girl everyone told me I would get ripped off etc.. but they have been so pleasing and when I call for little things they reassure me that it’s absolutely fine and help me. Exceptional. A bit pricey due to the area but not surprising as its west london. The staff and owner are hardworking, accommodating and does their best to solve every problem in a fast timely fashion. They also explain things and offer alternative solutions. Have compared them against other garages and they are the best.

Excellent garage - service my car regularly and good service and also gives advice. Reasonably priced - nothing too much trouble. Took my car in this morning just for brake light replacement - they also upped my tyre pressures because they noticed they were low. Charge so minimal I would have paid them that just to do tyres! Also have a great car valet service. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been using this garage for a few years now and they honestly treat me so well, my tire when flat this morning on the way to work, thankfully I was able to park it safely near my home. I call them early this morning and they gave me nothing but reinsurance that they will sort it for me and told me to give them a call after work, which I did. They came to find where I parked the car and pumped up the tire for me and made sure I drive safely to the garage where they will continue to do work on the car. Great service always. I've been taking my car here for YEARS!!! By far the most honest garage I have ever visited. I take my car here for its annual service, MOT and on occasion when a problem props up. By far the cleanest garage you will ever see! Speedy turn around, friendly staff, great customer service and most importantly, they know what they are doing. Why bother going anywhere else.

This is the first time I have used Garage Express and I am impressed. The customer service was excellent, booking my car in was easy, the price was cheaper than their competitors, they did not pressure me into extra services, the reception area was clean and I was able to work while I waited.
