We're landlords that live a fair distance away from our property and over the years, it's been hit & miss for me to find tradespeople that I've can trust on the basis of quote and work honesty, professionalism and reliability. Very nice restaurant inside the Elysian Residences’ Landsby Stanmore next to the Stanmore tube station. Not a big restaurant, mostly catering to the retired residences, but they do accept reservations via OpenTable. We were greeted upon entering and shown to our reserved table. The menu is varied enough, although maybe could use a few more vegetarian choices. There is an all day section of the menu that includes breakfast items. We both had the Roasted teriyaki salmon on egg noodles. The portion was generous, and delicious. We passed on dessert, only because they were out of the pistachio ice cream my companion had settled on. The bill came to £45 with service included.

I had an issue with my bathroom spot-lights as they were integrated spot lights and I wanted these changed to ones replaceable LED bulbs. BS Electrical Services gave really good advice on what works were essential and stuck to the time and date we had arranged, this is not common for other electricians I have used in the past. Not only was the quality of work top notch but they also ensured the area was clean before leaving. Even taught me a few handy tips if I have any issues in the future which were really useful. If you need an electrician in Stanmore I would highly recommend them.

I have recently hired Purelite Electrical Ltd electricians Zeeshan & Rizwan. The did a fantastic job in my Kitchen. Kitchen sockets replacement, Cooker hood installation etc. They were very professional in their trade and have done a great job. Zeeshan and Purelite have done a number of fantastic jobs in our property including installing and rewiring the lighting, advising us and subsequently installing a new oven and fitting and rewiring a new heating system in the bathroom. The work is excellent and it is at a great price. But what has really stood out over years of working with Zeeshan is that he will passionately explain exactly the situation and options in a way that is understandable and actually very interesting to a non-electrically minded person like me. I cannot recommend highly enough. Seriously.

Cafeja is a delightful addition to Stanmore high street! A quality cafe serving breakfast, cakes, hot drinks plus loads more. I had a lovely chai latte and vegetarian breakfast. So impressed with the food and I will say a much tastier option than Barracuda. Great portion sizes and it all tasted delicious. We took away some sweet treats. The staff are lovely too & we will definitely be back soon!

Neatly tucked away in Stanmore, I almost walked past it! A small loving cafe run by a friendly team. The menu has an Indian twist. Most of the food seems to be made fresh, but not all. The stuffed paratha was probably shaana paratha - not great, this should be made in house. The hash brown didn't seem to be from frozen, but if it was, they were good! I tried the kadak coffee, which honestly tasted like chai latte, a massive let down. Tables are a tad small if everyone decides to order a big plate of food! Portions are generous. Overall we were satisfied with the food and service. I would go again, and probably stick to what I know and think will be made fresh.

Great cafe in Stanmore - the area needed somewhere that caters for halal breakfast. Nice, clean and neat place with fantastic options and good staff. Had the eggs Florentine as well as the avocado smash on toast (with additional fried egg). Food was very good!!

Cafeja, great place to grab a breakfast or meal and it is a delightful addition to Stanmore! Cozy ambiance and decent seating arrangement. It serves breakfast, cakes, hot drinks plus some Indian tadka to add to dishes makes it unique. We had Masala breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice. Good amount of quantity and it all tasted delicious. Would like to suggest them to add some variation with breads like brown bread etc. The staff here are friendly and helpful & we will definitely be back!

Everything going smoothly at moment. Arrived on date/time to review the best way to rewire and make safe (the wiring is 100 years old). Have received a competitive quote which we've accepted and confirmed date to start the works. Received an email providing more details regarding days to do complete work, movement of furniture , removal of fragile items , vehicle parking permit registration details. So everything seems well organised and ready to go. Will provide a further update once the work has been completed. Work has now been completed and Jose & team have done a wonderful job rewiring the house, plug sockets removed and neat plastic coverings on the old holes. We had some surface trunking done because we didn't want the channelling and parquet flooring taken up. My sister was able to still have electricity and stay in the property while the rewiring was completed. Many thanks Jose and team for all your hard work which was done in a very professional manner.

Great company, I called the number out of hours as I had a partial power cut in my house, unfortunately Jose wasn’t able to come out but did do his best to talk me through what it could be and advised me on things to try to try and fix the problem, didn’t work but I did call him in the morning and he did come out at short notice and did manage to isolate and fix the problem within the first hour, will definitely be using him and recommending him to other people

I've used JB Electrical Contractors for over 20 years since I bought my current house. They've done everything from installation of new consumer unit, running cabling for electric cooker, upgrading my garage electrics & installing new lights & sockets, running armoured cabling from garage to power summer house, exterior socket installation and security lights, replacement of internal sockets, fitting of bathroom spotlights, fitting kitchen LED undercounter lighting, fitting ceiling and wall lighting . I might have forgotten a few as I've used Jose and his guys so many times over the years! The latest job was 22nd July 2022 where a faulty socket was replaced and new kitchen wall lights were installed. Without fail the service I've received from Jose and his guys over the years has been consistently excellent. The prices are competitive and quality of the work excellent - never had an issue with any work done. The guys are always polite, respectful of my property, turn up when they say they will and thoroughly clean up after themselves. I'm no electrical expert by any stretch of the imagination and I personally don't touch electrics except for plugging things ...lots of them ... in sockets - I leave that to those who are, but any question I've ever had, no matter how trivial, Jose has taken the time to answer and to fully explain which is much appreciated. His advice over the years has increased my understanding and given me peace of mind. 18 years and I keep coming back to Jose & JB Electrical Contractors- that should tell you everything you need to know? Cant cant fault them - no hesitation to recommend.

JB Electrical were recommended to me by a friend. I had an intermittent problem that was very difficult to understand. JB responded immediately and sent a very pleasant electrician the next day. It took several visits and a great deal of patience for him to determine the issues and rectify them. I found their charges to be very reasonable and will not hesitate to use them in future.
