I had a good experience today at the dental clinic. Dr Nimi, as usual, was very helpful and kind. She listened and resolved the issue I had and booked subsequent appointments with ease. Her problem solving skills are second to none. I met Dr. Toyosi, the hygienist today, and she was amazing 👏 She was very patient, detailed, and thorough. By the time I stood to leave, it felt as if my teeth had just been rebirthed. Confidence reloaded! I highly recommend 👌

I saw Toyosi the hygienist today and I feel great. This is the best cleaning I have ever had in my life. She is very kind, respectful, gentle and above all very professional. Her dental hygiene advise cannot be overestimated. Her gentle and constant smiles and words of encouragement during the cleaning session is fantastic. I would appreciate if my next appointment can be booked with her. Many thanks for her service. I feel clean and great.

I had really positive experience today, seeing a dental hygienist for the first time. In the beginning I was quite nervous, but both Sumi and Toyosi were very friendly and very welcoming. Overall I would definitely 100% recommend this particular practice to others.

A dentist worth travelling for! Always welcomed with a smile and amazing care at my favourite dental practice. I had a composite filling today with my nurses Kanchan & Sumi. They were so talented I didn’t need any numbing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout and felt really catered to. I was dreading my hygiene appointment as I have a few sensitive areas. Kanchan and Binu were super! They listened to my concerns and were super gentle and reassuring. My appointment was amazing! My Dental Nurse, Divya and Clinician, Dr Reshaliya went into lots of detail about what was wrong with my teeth and even gave me tips to improve my dental care. The receptionists Varsha and Kelly were so lovely as well.

Ciaran and his team helped us with a kitchen renovation and helped with the rewiring and relocation of an induction hob and extractor fan. I asked Ciaran to do a complex job late last year installing two new alarms so they would be fully integrated into an older system. He was able to give good advice as to what I needed to purchase and the whole system worked well after he finished the installation. He also did an earlier job installing 2 new emergency lights which he did both quickly and professionally. His charges were very reasonable, and he arrived on both occasions on time and was friendly and polite and left the place clean and tidy.

Duwayne is a godsend! He replaced my old boiler and had to re-site it, which was a long, challenging job. He was diligent, very through and professional. He paid attention to detail, was considerate, cheerful and very helpful. He moved furniture, for easy access, and cleaned and tidied up when he left. He explained the function of the thermostat and how to operate it. In future, I will definitely contact him for any problems and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Would highly recommend Priority Plumbing. Just had a new boiler, central heating and gas pipe installed, along with moving a soil stack. Byron and the team were very knowledgable and helpful. The work is very neat and tidy and the team are very efficient. You can tell that they take pride in their work and have great attention to detail. We recently had Priority Plumbing & Heating complete a full heating system installation, including a new boiler, and two bathroom installations. We were extremely impressed with the service. Byron and his team were professional, punctual, and demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the entire project. The new heating system has greatly improved the comfort of our home, and the boiler is working perfectly. Both bathrooms look fantastic—modern, functional, and finished to an impeccable standard. We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. I recently had motion-detected LED lights installed in our wardrobe, along with additional lighting in the middle section. The work was done neatly and with great attention to detail. I appreciated being consulted on the cable routing, which ensured everything stayed tidy and well-organised. A new socket was also added behind the TV in our living room. The installation was completed without any damage to the walls, leaving a clean and seamless result that I’m very happy with. The jobs was handled professionally and efficiently, with clear care taken to deliver a high-quality finish. Malik did a great job when moving into a new house, had arranged for him to check out the safety and do an EICR but ended up needing the entire upstairs circuit fault-checked and fixed which was all done in the same appointment. Will be booking again when next needing work!

Bexleyheath boiler replacement + new boiler installation into another room + removal of old radiator in favour of a vertical one. Joe was removing my very old 25+ years boiler from the kitchen that had a massive tank (located in utility room) and installed a new compact combi boiler into the utility room, super happy with the results. Joe is very efficient with his time, very professional and focused to get things done, but will also be attentive to your questions. He plastered the old boiler wall hole, drilled the new one in the utility room wall, did underfloor pipes work to make them straight, since we plan to also place a washing machine into the same utility room, he also removed a massive old radiator from the living room (new radiator is yet to be purchased). Joe also explained about thermostat positioning and he relocated it to a better place away from sun and drafts, he also showed about boiler indicators and parts and external weather sensor and what sounds combi boiler makes. It's a very clever new system. Hot water works, shower pressure on the second floor dramatically increased, kitchen space freed to place a fridge there. Very happy with the results. Joe is very responsive by the phone and whats app messages too. Very happy, highly recommend Joe if you are in Bexleyheath area. Thanks, Kate.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, reliable and efficient Engineer. I would highly recommend Joe for both value & service and courtesy. He did everything he could to help as soon as possible when my boiler broke and I felt safe and able to trust him at all times with this work. The outcome is a much quieter and more efficient boiler with the minimum of disruption and help to understand using it.

These guys were brilliant. Very competent (and we have had experience of quite a few electricians) and easy to have around. The fitted a ryefield board, which many electricians we approached could not do and they solved problems and corrected work done by a previous incompetent electrician. They left everywhere tidy and everything now works properly and we feel safe!
