Amazing hot pot with a great variety of meats, cuts, and vegetables for you to choose with up to 4 different soups. The menu was explained well and the overall experience was enjoyable even for first timers. The portion sizes were also very good for the prices compared to some other places I've been to.

Amazing service by Vivian, we felt really looked after. She helped us with the menu and dished our sauces and seafood. The food was delicious, we had noodles with beef, lamb and prawns. It was such a special and fun way to dine out because you have to pay attention to your food

The cold weather in London in the winter is ideal for a nice hotpot. My pals flew from the US to London for New Year's Eve and were eager to try Din Tai Fung after hot pot. Amazing hot pot with a wide range of meats, cuts, and vegetables to choose from, along with up to four different soups. The menu was clearly described, and the overall experience was pleasurable, especially for first-timers. The meal sizes were also fairly generous for the rates compared to other restaurants I've visited.

David did an excellent job of identifying the best spot for our plug and adding it in. I thought it was an excellent touch that the plug socket colour matched the rest of the flat. Will be using them again!

I have called on Certified Electricians London Ltd three times now and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment I contacted them, the communication was prompt, professional, and clear. After sending photos or short videos via text message or WhatsApp to help diagnose my issues, they scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time on each occasion. I saw their van on my way to work one morning and took a photo of their contact details painted on the side. What fortunate serendipity that has proved to be! Marlowe, my electrician on all three occasions, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the electrical issue I had on the first two occasions. He took the time to explain what was happening and offered helpful advice on how to prevent future problems. On the third occasion he fitted outdoor sockets and fitted a new ceiling light. All the work was completed to a high standard, and he made sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. On top of the technical skills, I really appreciated how friendly, respectful, and tidy he was throughout the process. It's not every day that you encounter such great customer service alongside top-notch workmanship. I highly recommend David’s team at Certified Electricians London Ltd for any electrical needs and will definitely be calling them for future projects.

I phoned the company for a few repairs I needed doing. They turned up quickly and were very professional. They had to return a few times as the initial problem wasn't resolved. This wasn't any fault of Ben or Lee but as a result of a problem that had happened a few years ago. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben or Lee to anyone

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. Very highly recommended. Brilliant service!!!

The lads came by in short notice to our restaurant in Crystal Palace, installed and programmed a new state of the art four zone panel and alarms etc. With all of it being fairly priced. Would recommend as tradesmen nowadays can’t be trusted but not these guys. Be sure to ask for Milad!

I received a quote of £1,100 and I had been told that my fuse box should be replaced and the earliest time they could do it for me was 8 days after the quote. I contacted RCD and they immediately came and had a look and the engineer told me that he is able to fix the fuse box for £140 and it could be fixed by replacing a part only. The other company either was over-charging me or they did not have enough experience to deal with the matter. I am extremely satisfied by the job they did for me and the reasonableness of their quotation. Thank you

I can’t thank Byron and the SES Electrical Contractors team enough! After waking up to no electricity in the house, I spent hours calling other electricians but couldn’t find anyone available. Thankfully, I was recommended SES Electrical, and from the moment I spoke to Byron, the service was amazing. He kindly offered to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before arranging a visit, patiently guiding me through a few steps and helping me resolve the issue myself! I’ve been coming to Etre at least once a week for about 6 months (I’ve filled up a LOT of loyalty cards!). The staff are all so lovely, and it’s the best coffee in the area!🥺⭐️ They do iced versions of their coffee menu, and a range of alternative milks.🧊 Their snacks are very, very dangerously good (I love the hazelnut cookies and cinnamon buns, the focaccia is also yummy). It’s just such a lovely place to have in the area and with a very aesthetic inside, and a calming environment. Couldn’t recommend enough.🫶🏼

Honestly, I’m speechless. Najmul & Sami were very attentive to detail and very knowledgeable about their field of work. They had foot coverings before being told so, and came very well equipped. Lloyd is probably the most professional, empathetic and thorough tradesman I have ever dealt with. His work and that of his team is consistently first class (I have used the company of a few occasions), his availability is extremely reasonable and he is always available to talk to on the phone. In addition, when my tenants had no power, he was on the phone sending videos and instructions to them at midnight and they were able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Bravo, what a sensational business you run. I give at least 6 stars for Lloyd Hallowell Electrics!

From my first interaction, Lloyd and his team have been responsive and helpful. They were able to take on my job of replacing a kitchen strip light really quickly and offered a competitive rate for the repair. I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Communication was great from start to finish, Alfred who came to complete the work was very friendly, polite and helpful.
